Beautifully updated, spacious 2 bedroom plus loft with King bed and 2 bathroom condo with views of the intercoastal and the gulf! This unit is a 2 minute walk to the white sand and peaceful waves of Indian Shores. Enjoy sunrises with our comp coffee station and no need to over pack; we have in-unit laundry! Newly updated heated pool and grill. Restaurants, bars, Sunday market, beach store and convenience shops all within walking distance! **Please note this is a second floor unit with no elevator**
-Early Check In or Late Check out is based on availability, at time of booking. There is a fee of $25.
-For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop off isn’t allowed. The cleaning crew cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ belongings. Thank you for understanding!
-Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS SIX. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded.
