Welcome to our beautiful vacation house which offers 4 Acres of trails, 50 yard zip line, playhouse, firepit, hot tub, horse stable, and more. Inside you will find a cozy fireplace, stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a jacuzzi, & games for all. You will enjoy strong wifi and Coffee Bar.

Minutes away from Lake Winnipesaukee, Ski Resorts, boat rentals, Bank of NH Pavilion, NH Motor Speedway, shopping, restaurants, beach, and a short walk to a classic NE Apple Orchard!

Great stay

Nice property for a group stay. Close to the lake but provides privacy. We enjoyed the hot tube and the fire pit. Mason was very accommodating and quick to respond.

What a great place!

We had the best stay ever! What a great house and great location. The yard was huge and the hot tub had a perfect view of the stars. It was close enough to Laconia that everything was right there, but it also felt like it was in the middle of the woods. Our host gave us all the info we needed before we got there and was the best! I’m sure we will be back again what an excellent place to stay. It was a very well equipped house and you couldn’t ask for anything more.

Laconia 100th Anniversary

Owner was very communicative from start to finish. Property was exactly as described and better. Centrally located for groceries and necessities. Will definitely stay again to finish exploring the beautiful state. Thank you!!!

A Family house !!

Thank you for providing an amazing opportunity for my family to enjoy our vacation. This house met and, in many cases, exceeded our expectations. The Host Mason was exceptional in resolution and communication. A Family house!! My Grandson loved the slide, rock wall, swings, along with the different stump heights. He was pleasantly surprised by all of the toys, games, and puzzles. The zip line, and hot tub provided additional enjoyment! The back porch provided us with many hours of relaxation. Thank you!!

Bike Week

Talk about an amazing home and excellent communication. The whole experience 10/10 recommend. Mason the host was excellent to work with. We had a few changes to our trip and he accommodated everything with no hassle. We came up for bike week and his property is perfect for 2 trucks with motorcycle trailers. There is a spot off the driveway that we were able to park the truck and trailers at so they wouldn’t impede the main driveway. We were able to offload our motorcycles and store them in the garage. The driveway is paved and is off the main roads. This home is the perfect location for bike week. You are 20 minutes away from Weir’s beach and down the street from the speedway. It’s a great ride in any direction. Even with all the hustle and bustle of bike week the homes location was perfect and quite. Unlike other homes we have stayed at when we attend bike weeks this home was the perfect location for that disconnect and peace and quiet. There are lots of amazing restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops nearby. The home itself has a lot of room for activities. There is a hot tub for the adults and if you have kids there is a huge yard for them to play in. They are very thoughtful with all the items in the home. They have board games and puzzles for those days you can’t leave the home. Thank you Mason for having a great property and being a great host. We look forward to renting from you again.

The Spot was awesome!

I stayed at the spot for a half ironman triathlon, and it was everything we needed! The hot tub was amazing for post race, and the garage space was really useful for prepping bikes and race gear. House was clean and comfortable, will definitely be staying again.

This place is Spot on!

Wonderful home! And Mason is a very thoughtful and generous host. Super responsive and helped us feel very comfortable in the house.The hot tub is the highlight of the place! One of the bedrooms is an open loft and we were woken up by the kids early in the morning. LOL but that only gave us more time to enjoy coffee on the patio and watching beautiful birds on the property. The zip line was super fun too! Our kids enjoyed the trundle bed and the several toys in the house. Overall great house! Definetly hit the “SPOT”!

Comfortable stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mason’s property. There were a few snafu’s at check in but Mason was readily available and wonderful in his response. The house is well kept, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was such a treat, especially after a day at Gunstock skiing. We would readily go back! Thank you Mason for being a great host!

Dan and Friends stay 2/10/22-2/13-22

Absolutely fantastic weekend away from the city. The property was fantastic and lived up to exactly what was advertised. Everyone in my party had a great time with some of us going into the mountains to ski and the other staying back at the house to get some work done, then heading into town and checking it out. Communication with property owner was outstanding as well. I recommend this property to all who look at it and definitely would book again.
