Imagine nourishing your body, mind, and spirit in this beautiful refuge where you can take time out to experience the breath taking beauty and exquisite charm of beach living in this pristine 3 BR/2 BH home just a mile from Seabrook. It's the perfect place to stay at home, cook a fabulous dinner and enjoy the hot tub with wide ocean views. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with views in mind (not being on the sandy beach), this home is perfect.
The space
Enjoy ocean views from nearly every room in this custom built Dune Breeze. Relax as you hear the roar of the ocean when you prepare a meal in our well stocked kitchen. We are 8 minute drive to the Seabrook.

There are two private bedrooms and a bathroom on main level. Up the stairs is perfect living room with sectional couch , sleeping futon, kitchen, dining space, master suite and balcony. Master suite includes Comfy King bed bed, nightstands for each with nice lighting, huge shower, sleeping futon.

You will get a clean, comfortable home with exceptional ocean views and in this home we do allow responsible owners with a well behaved, clean dog.

You will find all the linens and kitchen items you could possibly need. The feeling of relaxation will happen as you take in the views of the dramatic sea.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire property. There are a few locked cabinets in home that are not available for guests. Maximum parking for two cars in the Garage and 1 car in driveway. Security code for house keys and check in instructions provided in private app messaging 2 days prior to arrival. You will need to use the Vrbo app for messaging during your stay.

Beautiful view

Stayed for our anniversary, great getaway very clean and nice amenities. The check in process was very easy and host was helpful providing additional information about area.

Sunset View from the Couch

We stayed in late September with a 3 month old. Pros: - great ocean and sunset view from inside - bed and master shower both great - price for amount of space was good Cons: - The large wrap around couch in the lead photo (as of 10/3/2024) was replaced by a small 3 seater with no coffee tables. Since that photo combo of view/couch sold the property for us, it felt like a bait and switch. Upgrade the couch or photos. - Walkability limited. Seabrook is more walkable and a 5min drive away if this is important to you. - Below average (for a rental) appliances, furniture, etc except the master bed.

Dog friendly should not mean filthy

Kinda reminds me of the first house you get after college when you don’t have anything. Pleasant enough, very basic. The owner obviously doesn’t want to supply anything in excess! Like 2 ply toilet paper or extra towels or a pen😂so much for keeping score for Yahtzee (bring your own games!) The house wasn’t clean upon arrival and although owner was kind and offered to have cleaners come back we wanted to start our trip! I cleaned 2 bathrooms the living areas and a kitchen before settling in. As well as washed bedding because it was covered in dog hair.The showed in the master was nice though. Honestly the view of the parking lot was a bummer and it wasn’t truly advertised. We drove not walked to beach-Pacific Beach and its people never disappoints so the trip was absolutely not a waste. There’s a ton to see and do but we will get a different house next trip. I suggest hiring a different cleaner cuz the whole house could use it.

Basic amenities and functional

The stay was okay. The house had all the basic amenities and was functional but lacked a homely feeling. We were hoping for some board games, books etc. for kids. Having some curtains in the bedrooms helps block out light during the summer months.

Everyrhing was great except the the poison berries located next to our driveway. One of the members of our party ate them unknowingly that they were sprayed. She got extremely sick It ruined her trip,... Please put a large legible sign next to them. So someone eles doesnt suffer so horribly.

Fun, relaxing weekend

We really liked this house. The view is excellent, the kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are big and comfortable, the hot tub is clean and functional, you are close to both Pacific Beach and Moclips, and it's just a short walk or drive to the beach. Of course it didn't hurt that the weather this weekend was sunny and (relatively) warm. We would definitely recommend it.

Great View in the Beautiful Dune Breeze Beach House

Great property, open floor plan, lots of room a great view, with very close Pubic Beach Access. Communication with owners was great through out our stay!

Pacific Beach House

Great property. Beautiful view and location. Very close to town and beach. Clean and spacious. Just needed more cooking items such as larger pots/pans for bigger groups and tongs and sheet trays for oven. I loved this house. So great. OPA!!

Nice balcony view to the beach

AT&T not very good in that area. Hard to communicate with the owner and property manager, But they give you their number to take care of anything you need. Text messages are just sometimes delayed. Nice and clean. Great view. The property sits up on a rise well above the beach, but you can walk around 1/2 mile to get to beach and stick your feet in the water. You can drive right out on the beach. Very fun. Sunset amazing there on the beach. The little neighborhood the house is in is way cool, and fantastic location. Roosevelt beach is also pretty and has great views. Nearest shop was either at the gas station market a mile south or in Moclips a mile north. Neither had grocery selections. Nearest Real grocery in Oceanshore 25 mins south. Nice drive. But if you need something to cook, bring it on your way in. Things to Note: There is hardly any furniture especially in bedrooms. Lots of floor space, which is fine. Towels were out for all 7 of us, but only one washcloth, and we had 7 coming and sheets and pillows were not available either, so we had to call. Extra linens and washcloths were in locked closet on property which the prop mgr was able to get us fairly quickly. Just check what you might still need right when you arrive. Lots of cooking pans and utensils available, but no hot pads… 🤔 no towel or trash can in half bath, and main trash can was motorized but no batteries…. These things were easily rectified by the property mgr and she is really nice. I’m positive that those things will be corrected permanently by next visitors. Truly a lovely property. Lots of positive things to say. Just don’t be afraid to call or text if you need something that’s missing. They’ll take care of you.

Enjoyed our stay

This was nice spacious house with a great view. The hot tub was so wonderful, needed a cleaning though. Location was great and the area was quiet. I wish they had a pack n play for families who stay, the lack of which made it kind of difficult for us. There are not any real grocery options, so I recommend bringing in groceries with you.

Nice View Comfortable House.

House has a great view of the ocean. Beds and couches were quite comfortable. The master shower was a cut above and the Hot Tub was nice sized. Would go back.

Great stay!

The property is situated in a great locay and so close to the access roads and closer to the beaches. The seaview was awesome from the living room and when its sunny it makes it double wonderful. The property was just recently bought so we understood that there are stuff missing like the curtains though vessels, not having curtains in the bedrooms was bummer. The host promised us they will install curtains. But other than that, its a great place to stay and relax. The whole area is so calm and peaceful. Another downside is that there is only one TV and its like 40", so we have to bring own entertainment. Overall, I recommend this property but just make sure about the vessels and curtains soon after you reserve it.
