Absolutely loved this property. Got it for Thanksgiving, so St Augustine was hopping. Having the property so close to everything was phenomenal. We could walk everywhere, no problem. Plenty of room for all four of us with the pull out trundle…best mattress I’ve slept on at any property. We didn’t use the kitchen except for the fridge, but it had everything someone would need to cook their meals. Bathrooms were in good shape (bring soap,) and the main one had a digital scale! Very cool house. We will be back.

I cannot say enough about this adorable home. We had an amazing stay here. Not only is the house in a perfect location, (within walking distance to everything), the host, Fred, is kind & responsive. This house has so much charm. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy home in a prime location in St Augustine!

Great house, great location. Close to Flagler College, downtown, restaurants and other sites. Exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for family time. Owner communication was simple and timely. Parking on site was a huge benefit!

Stop looking and just book this place.

My family loved this house. It is only a couple minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, but it is far enough away from the action to get a good nights sleep. The house is very clean and looks newly renovated, but they thankfully kept the character of the original construction. Most rentals are bland like a hospital room. This house has a charm and warmness that feels much more like home. -lots of new clean towels-new washer/dryer with detergent -comfortable beds with solid pillows -very clean -big front porch with comfortable patio furniture. -it was a surprising amount of fun for my wife and I to sit on the porch late Saturday night and watch the college kids stumble back to their dorms.

Wicked easy home

We loved staying at Wicked Easy for 2 weeks. Located in historic st. Augustine, the home is very close to historic downtown shopping, restaurants, sights, everything.The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the covered front front porch and watching the trolley and horse carriages go by.

Great Location

Honestly this house is a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere downtown. The house is clean and perfect size for 4 adults and 1 kid.We are planning another trip when my in laws visit us, and would 100% rent this house again if available.

Wicked Easy Review

Wonderful! Exactly as listed. Ample space for our girls get away with 3 separate sleeping areas and sitting rooms. Fantastic location with quick walk to St George Street. Relatively quiet in the evenings even with a Fri/Sat night stay and white noise machines in the bedrooms were a great surprise addition. House is stocked with essentials, decorated nicely, and hosts are super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. Would return for future visits in the area.

Beautiful home - Easy walk to town

The home is well equipped, very comfortable, loved the screen porch. There is a motion sensor light which makes it easy to get in the house at night. Would love to stay there again!

AMAZING HOME !!!!!!

I booked this stay last minute just wanted something super walkable to historic downtown and man this exceeded my expectations !!!! This house has all the charm expected off a 1920's home. I fell in love the second we pulled up. the front porch screams for a drink in hand & relax and you can watch the trolleys and horse drawn carriage go by ! it is so close to everything we LOVED this home so much we will be booking again.Also the Host was quick to answer any questions I had . The home was so clean , private parking and beds were comfy ! I cannot wait to return .

Best little house to stay in in downtown Saint Augustine

Owners are the sweetest! Never had to move our vehicle once we parked. We literal walked to the downtown historic district (not even a full two blocks) every day and to Flagler college. The house is right across from Flagler college parking.

Perfect location

Beautiful home with all the necessary amenities! Rented a golf cart to get to some places and to have a personal night of lights tour. Home is centrally located so golf cart was not necessary but helpful with a 3 year old that doesn’t walk very fast. Great visit and would stay here again!!

Such an amazing home, and very friendly, communicative and efficient hosts!!!

Stayed with my family here, and chose it because it is perfectly located in St Augustine. 2 minute walk to downtown, but not right in the middle so its quiet enough at night. The hosts were extremely hospitable and very communicative. Had absolutely no problems checking in, and finding all the information needed for the home, which was extremely clean and well maintained. Couldn't say a negative thing if I tried. If you're looking for a spot in town with all the best qualities, and find this one available, consider yourself very lucky and dont hesitate to book it. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing location!

We had a fantastic stay here over a long weekend. I've stayed elsewhere when visiting St. Augustine in the past, and this was by far the closest and most convenient place, relative to the main strip, I've stayed at. It's a 4 minute walk and your in the middle of the old towne area and there's a great breakfast stop on the way. If your interested in the old town and college areas this is a great place to stay. Easily slept all 3 adults without any issues. I would stay here again if it's available in future trips.

Our home located at 16 Carrera Street is on the edge of everything downtown has to offer. And with an easy drive to the beach, where you can park on the sand, it made sense to us to live downtown and drive to the beach.
We picked this home because it was the perfect size, all rooms on one floor and so close to everything downtown that we could walk to and from places with ease. Plus it had a great front porch!
