A vacation oasis awaits at this charming home! The enclosed yard surrounded by lush landscape offers the perfect spot to unwind. Lounge beside your private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, and bask in the Arizona sun. While the chef in your group sizzles recipes on the gas grill, play a game of cornhole or practice your swing on the putting green. Dine alfresco under the shade of the covered table, then make s'mores for dessert around the gas firepit.

When you're ready to head indoors, stretch out in the living room and stream your favorite TV shows. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The kitchen bar and adjacent table offer seating for your whole group. Family-friendly extras include a high chair, booster seat, Pack 'n Play, and children's games.

The house is beautiful inside and out. The bedrooms are all spacious, and the master was roomy with a nice on suite. The living room was big with comfortable furniture. Kitchen and dining room were perfect. Backyard was amazing! Pool, Putting green, corn hole. Neighborhood was clean and quiet, close to stores and highway! Absolutely loved staying here and would return again!

Single family home with private pool!

The house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable beds. The master was very spacious with on suite and backyard access. Living room had plenty of room with great furniture. The kitchen and dining room were great. Nice grill in the backyard. The backyard is the star on the property with a great pool, at least 6+ feet deep, putting green, and corn hole! Plus great patio and plenty of seating. We will absolutely be staying here again and recommend to everyone!

Prettier than the pictures!

Just a really lovely home - very pretty, relaxing and had everything you would need for a nice stay. We had trouble with the propane tanks being empty for the fire pit, but the property managers brought over filled tanks the next morning so that we very much appreciated.

Sweet Home

Love the home and location. Lots of different living spaces to relax and play in. Beautiful trees and grounds. Well appointed with everything you need. Unfortunately there was a glitch at check-in and the home wasn’t ready for us when we arrived.

North Phoenix Gem

One of our best VRBO stays ever. Clean, quiet, functional. It met our needs perfectly. Would stay here without any hesitation at all. Loved the backyard and remodeled interior. Top notch.

Great house

What a nice house. It has been completely remodeled. Both bathrooms were very nice and clean. Fun backyard with a swimming pool and putting green and a firetable. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect family getaway

House was small but perfect. Everything you need in a home away from home. We loved that there was a high chair. Back yard is amazing, pool is perfect and clean. Had lots of floaties, pool toys and back yard games. Loved the putting green and the sitting area. We also had a fire every evening after a swim which was the icing on the cake. 10/10 recommend staying here!

The property was lovely and very convenient to groceries and restaurants. The pool was a highlight in 110 degree weather with lots of pool toys and floaties. A couple of key things were missing (bedroom window blind on a window facing a busy street and dishwasher soap) with no response from the host.

The house was exactly as listed. Quiet neighborhood, private outdoor space. Convenient location. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve. Outdoor was appreciated by children and adults. Pool, golf, corn hole, 4 distinct seating areas. Lovely.

Very clean

This house was very beautiful and clean. The backyard was our favorite place, but everything was so beautiful especially the rooms. It was very pet friendly. The only downside is that communication is not very good and it takes about a day for them to get back to you. But other than that I would definitely stay here again.

October Paradise!

This was a golf trip for me and my husband. This home was everything we were hoping it would be! Great safe neighborhood and the outside of the home was very inviting. Chic Cactus is so clean and has so many items that are useful for guests like towels, beach towels, several comfy throws, baskets (that always comes in handy), pillows etc…The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The backyard is paradise! So many things in the backyard were the reason why we spent so much time out there! Like large table and chairs, 2 white sofas on each side of a fire pit, putting green, extra large pool, nice chairs, chaises, tables, pool floats and grill! Very good communication with Vacasa! You can’t go wrong renting this place! We are already looking for our next Vacasa home to rent!

The putting green was a little fast for my liking ... (hah, just kidding!)

We loved this wonderful little home! Our family travels quite a bit and have been lucky enough to try many different VRBO's and we felt that this one was a delight to stay in. Everything was really clean on our arrival. Our favorite space was the back yard, with so many seating areas and fun things to do. We paid extra for the pool heating, as we knew it would be cooler during our visit but it was still pretty cold - even for us hardy Canadians! We likely would have used it more if it would have been warmer. We felt like the kitchen had every kind of pot, pan, etc that we could want or need and loved the inclusion of a spice rack! Absolutely loved the huge hall closet with extra linen!! There was enough toilet paper for the entire stay. (which was such a nice extra bonus, as usually there is just one roll provided per bathroom!) So nice not to have to run to get more. The house was perfect for our 5 people. Beds/pillows in secondary rooms were 6/10 but they were still totally acceptable. Master bed was an 8/10 - however be careful with the master bathroom door as it fell on us a few times. We would be happy to stay there again if the opportunity came up. The location was ideal and the neighborhood very nice - although we often noticed barking neighborhood dogs while in the back yard.

Misleading *Heated Pool!

I stayed for just under a month. Upon check in after a long cross country drive the house seemed to be perfect. Nice neighborhood, updated looking decor and ideal location to north Scottsdale, shopping, and entertainment. Now the not so great things about the house. Truthfully I booked this house for the pool and the title of the home on the website said chic cactus with heated pool. The pool was not heated and upon asking why it’s so cold I was told it would cost additional money, plus tax! Obscured thing to ask for. I have rented several homes on other vacation rental sites and have not seen this. First time rented on VRBO so I guess this is their ideal business practice procedures. Furthermore the house was extremely dusty under furniture and all the hard to see places. So their cleaning practices are just clean around everything and not actually under it.the smell of smoke was in the house, I’m sure the old tenants or owners smoked in it for years so the smell was leached into the walls.The neighbors trimmed their trees and all their palm leaves went into our yard. They stayed there for 5 days until I called for landscaping since it was not being maintained weekly. The pool pump went out on day 3 of our stay, so no swimming for a week until we waited for the pool pump to be installed. We were told just to skim the top of the pool with the net as we needed to keep it clean. Again another unsatisfactory customer service ..The toilet was not secured to the floor and every time someone sat on the guest bath toilet it would rock back and fourth. Shall I keep going with more issues?? I think you get the point ??!! I certainly can but at this point why when you can tell my stay was below par. I would of moved out immediately but could not find another place on short notice. I feel scammed and just robbed, specially as I paid a premium amount of money to stay here. I will continue my business with other long term stay housing business land not bother with VRBO again.

We felt right at home!

We stayed a week at Chic Cactus and felt right at home right away. The house itself was updated, organized, and clean. The owners included everything from extra paper towels and toilet paper to dishwasher and laundry tabs, to Ziploc baggies and more. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals there. The beds were comfortable and the A.C. worked great. The neighborhood was a mixture of updated houses like this one and a few older homes, but we never felt unsafe. The location was very convenient to a highway without being able to hear it, and everything we wanted to go to (zoo, old town scottsdale, aquarium, Diamondbacks game downtown) were within 25 minutes from home, some much less. The backyard was where we spent most of our time. They had pool toys/floats and backyard games in a shed that were so great to have. The pool was amazing, and has a shallow (4ish feet) end and a deep (? fever, too deep to touch!) end. We did not ask it to be heated and it certainly did not need to be in 105-115 degree heat! The location provided a pack-n-play and high chair and was very toddler friendly with no stairs and a fence around the pool. Overall I would highly recommend this home!

Perfect Family Spot!

We loved this place! Pool was perfect, nice and deep. Our littlest loved the putting green and yard games. They thought of everything at this house, we need something to blow up floaties for the pool and they had one!!! Def would stay here again!

Great spring break

The little things matter! The house was nice, and the backyard was great! We appreciated the extras: pool floats that were in good condition, comfortable lawn/pool chairs, hand soap, dog toys, etc. It was easy to see that the home owner realizes that a vacation is so much more enjoyable when the details are taken care of.
