Updated two bedroom, two bath unit at the Princess Condominiums in Panama City Beach. Princess 1605 is a corner unit located on the 16th floor with amazing views of the gulf and sunsets. This beachfront unit has unobstructed views to the south and west. You can see for miles and miles! With almost 1600 square feet of living space and a 300 square foot balcony, there's room for all you family members to spread out and really enjoy their vacation.
Princess 1605 boasts a beachfront living area and master bedroom. The unit is fully stocked with full size appliances and a separate laundry room. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, 1 recliner and 1 chair. The oversized television is wifi ready so you can stream all your favorite shows. There is a separate dining room that seats 6 at the table plus 4 seats at the kitchen bar. The wet bar adjacent to the dining area has a mini fridge and separate sink for all your party needs. The kitchen has all full size appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There are both Keurig and regular coffee makers for all you coffee drinkers! The laundry room is attached to the kitchen with a washer and dryer and has a separate laundry sink for your use.
The master bedroom has a king bed with it's own television and attached master bath. The oversized master bath has 2 sinks, a whirlpool tub, a separate shower and a walk in closet. The second bedroom includes 2 queen beds and private access to the hall bath that includes a tub/shower combination. Princess 1605 has tile in all the common areas and the baths with carpet in the bedrooms. This is luxury at it's finest!
If that wasn't enough, just step out to your balcony for one of the best oceanfront views on the beach. You can see for miles and miles! From Panama City Beach to Seaside! You will not find a better vacation spot in Panama City Beach!

Princess Condominiums is situated directly on the beach, so there are no roads to cross & NO crowds to tend with!

If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation.
