Great place to stay!

This little is very nice and had pretty much everything we wanted for a three night stay. The host was very friendly and had lots of convenient amenities that made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Just the place we were looking for.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 small kids. It was perfect for our family and perfectly located. The house has been updated recently and looks wonderful. It had all the amenities we needed for our week stay and perfectly located for eating and attractions in the area.

Short getaway

Cute place and the perfect size for us. Bath products were lovely along with the extra goodies left in the kitchen. Neighbors were very friendly as well. Enjoyed our stay and will tell our friends about it!

CUTE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

We were in town for a family wedding. It was a great stay and having a basketball hoop for our teen player was icing on the cake. Our hostess was available 24/7 and most helpful.

Close to the Easter pageant

It was very clean and close to the Easter pageant that we attended. The beautiful kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The manger was most helpful about telling us about the area and providing us with things we forgot.

Southwest Diamond Regional Pickleball Tournament

My partner and stayed in Mesa to play at the Southwest Regional Pickleball tournament. The Ave house was perfect. The drive to Bell Park in Mesa was only about 20 minutes. Our trip couldn't have been more perfect. Good location, perfectly decorated Ave. house and we both medaled in the tournament.

Breath of fresh air

Coming to town for a wedding, we decided to make a trip north for some site seeing. We stayed off the grid in Williams for a couple nights and then came here. Let’s just say, when we arrived we were so relieved to see such a clean and pretty house. Everything felt brand new and we got some much needed rest before the wedding. Stocked kitchen was awesome. I would not hesitate to stay again and and feel lucky we got to stay here!

House was cozy and perfect for our short weekend stay. The host was very responsive!

We were in town for a short weekend with a 1 year old and this house was perfect for us. There was a pack and play and a high chair which was very convenient! Hosts were very accommodating and responsive as well.

Cozy and quiet

We had a great time. Very clean and very quiet. Everything worked well and the beds were comfortable. Allergy friendly too! We recommend this home to anyone visiting the area! We enjoyed the basketball and hoop, and the bunny roaming around the neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us to spend thanksgiving at this home.

Adorable, welcoming home away from home

We have been staying at various homes in the area for the past five years, this home was by far the most welcoming. Snacks, farm fresh eggs, water and coffee were available in the kitchen, an added bonus. The king bed was very comfortable but the twin beds were a little too firm. We would highly recommend staying here if in the Mesa area.

Home away from home

We came to town for a wedding and to visit family. This was a perfect place. It was roomy enough for my 3yr old to move around and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and so was the sitting room. We would definitely stay here again!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!

We absolutely loved every minute at the Avenue House! It is SUPER clean, GORGEOUS, and very spacious. It was bigger than I expected it to be. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great beds! Incredible kitchen! It is even stocked with games and a basketball which the kids loved! It is a great location to downtown Mesa. We were in Mesa for the Easter Pageant and we were able to walk to the pageant and we didn't have to worry about finding a place to park or driving in the traffic when it was over. It was perfect!! We were also able to walk to local restaurants and other venues. We discovered a lot of fun restaurants and activities thanks to a list of "favorite places" the owners have in the house. We felt safe in the house and loved everything about it. Communication with owner was fantastic. She has thought of everything!! We wish we could have stayed longer!!!!
