Great little stay

The space was simple and clean; it had a nice queen/full bed that was comfy as well as a full functioning kitchen. I really liked that I had a full unit to myself and for another friend. The only little hitch that I had was the WiFi going out during the stay, so I would suggest getting a hotspot or having a good mobile plan in case it happens. Otherwise, it's a pretty good stay!

An Adequate Property

The duplex is nice enough and was clean. Check in was easy. The first night, a Thursday, was quiet. However, there was some kind of party across the street on Friday with loud music and a bass thump that rattled the walls well past 10 p.m. Meanwhile, there were people from somewhere congregating behind the duplex talking and smoking. So our second night was not near as pleasant as the first.

Nightmare on Maple st.

It reminded of the state employee housing, but there's were much safer, this place was not properly described, you lied about the condition and area around it, I was not made aware that it was a duplex, the back door is in the bedroom you truly misrepresent this place. No i didn't stay there not even one night but you refuse to refund any of my money. But to charge the full amount for one night. Trust and believe i will be on vrbo blasting this place and the treatment i received.duplex described as a duplex

Very unpleasant experience

They may need to bomb the rooms We was all itching from the couch to the bedroom went to go take a shower and there was hair all through the tub we understand the water damage to the kitchen floor and dry rot also in bathroom but an area rug would of made it look more appealing our main issue was the bathroom had a lot of hair in it and there was some type of fleas, causing us to itch on the couch and in the bedroom, both of us severely to the place that we just packed up and went to the hotel. It really scared my wife went back in morning to see what it was, and realize there was so much debris outside by the fence and front door we’re thinking someone had a pet prior to us getting there and maybe that’s why there was so many fleas causing us to itch severely also you don’t know the address until after you have booked and the day of so you only get a general idea of the area not knowing his an apartment from the 70s, which is a great concept, but at least fix it up to wear, it can get better reviews

It met our needs

The inside was very nicely accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, water pressure and temperature was perfect.

We are located 3/4 mile walking distance to the AT&T stadium. Approximately 1 mile to Globe life field. And, we are close to UT Arlington, Downtown, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Live, and a number of major highways.
