We were making a trip to the DFW area for a family vacation with our primary activity was taking in a couple of Texas Ranger baseball games. The location of this unit was great for that purpose! It is a very easy drive to Globe Life field or AT&T stadium. We never felt unsafe in that area of Arlington and the parking was sufficient. The unit was very clean and the hosts accommodated our needs in regards to some additional supplies with our staying a week. The couch pull out bed worked for one of our sons, but I don’t think it would work for a couple. Honestly, I think this place accommodates 4-5 people maximum. That being said, the unit is very basic with minimal furniture and kitchen supplies. One bedroom had a small lamp while the other bedroom and living room did not. The kitchen did have pots and pans, but did not have any bakeware, can opener, or toaster. We purchased a pizza pan to use for baking pizza, making toast and etc. The only other issue is that the apartment has window units for the AC. They work well, but are a bit louder. All in all, if you want an affordable place close to those stadiums- that is clean-this place may be perfect for you. We would stay here again, but would bring additional supplies to accommodate our stay.
