Two Bedroom/one bath downstairs apartment with option of pull out couch bed. Less than a mile from AT&T stadium. Minutes from Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Globe Life Stadium, Texas Live. Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Full kitchen with basic pans/utensils provided. Smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account.

Check in is after 4pm, check out is 11am.
Keypad entry
We will send all details including keypad code on day of check in at noon.
Wifi included.

Private parking available for two normal size cars in our lot off the street. Please ask prior to bringing additional vehicles, trailers, or moving trucks to ensure we have room to accomodate.

Our property is located less than one mile west of the AT&T stadium in an older neighborhood that locals are working to renovate. Please review the location prior to booking to ensure it fits your needs. We are within minutes of many attractions and University of Texas at Arlington.

Potential for noise due to being in the middle of a busy neighborhood in the metroplex - potential to hear other tenants as this is an apartment building. We do not allow pets, smoking, or drugs at any time. No events.

Apartment was in a good location if attending a Cowboys game. Safe location. Apartment could use a little fixing up. Shower spigot was falling apart and was just siliconed on. Bath fan was not working and there was mold on the ceiling. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen were fine. Owner was great to deal with(he let us get in early due to us flying in early). All in all i thought it was OK.

The stay was great. Just had trouble getting the door open and having it to shut so that we can lock it . Communication with host was great!. it had a smell in the condo . Can’t describe it . but, other than that! Perfect place to stay!. Definitely, if you are attending a concert !!.

Area is a bit rundown. Property had roaches.It was as clean as could be but the evidence of the roach presence was there, we did end up seeing them too.Definitely recommend looking else where if possible.Security wasn't the best, the door uses a code that is three digits, and on our last night before we left for the airport, while we were taking a nap in the living room by the entrance, my girlfriend woke up to someone opening the door and as she saw them.and woke me up the person closed the door and went into a car in the parking area behind the building. Scary and nerve wrecking experience.We took pictures of the car and plates but not much was done to our inconvenience.

response to communication quick, clean, easy location to everything, plenty of parking space, wifi great, not far from all the good stuff. Our only tiny issue was not enough toilet paper for 5 days and only 1 garbage bag

Quiet but Frustrating

The area that the apartment is in is pretty chill. Unfortunately the unit itself (and I have to assume all the other units on the property) had significant mold and wasp issues. If you have any sort of allergies or breathing problems, do not book this. The host sent many messages "checking in", it felt very pushy. Also, for all his talk of "thank you for supporting our small family business" there was a distinct lack of care about the Landlord Special flip of the place.

Cute & Efficient

This was our 1st VRBO stay instead of the usual hotel/motel! We will definitely do it again! This unit wad perfect for a week vacay for our family! We would definitely stay here again as its a nice and quiet neighborhood and had all the basic necessities needed! Basically a home away from home!

wknd getaway

got the job done for a quick weekend trip! the unit was decently clean, not exceptionally nice, but pretty accurately depicted online. we had a issue with the chain on the door, i reached out to the host and let them know- i didn’t hear back for approximately 24hrs, but maintenance came while we were gone and fixed it. It was remedied faster than they messaged me back, I just found it to be odd they entered without us knowing.Fairly priced for what it is and where it is located. It is close to a lot of stuff, but located right near a few questionable housing units.

Nice little apartment

My son and my overall had a great experience at this place. The building is a little older, but inside is good ebough for what we needed. Had no problems with neighbors or the area it is in. The hosts were very responsive with messages. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend spot 👌

Had our 12 yr old playing at the AT&T stadium for the redzone games this weekend and this rental was perfect, neighborhood was quiet parking was private located in a not busy street and only 4 min away from stadium. Apartment was super clean, loved it was not overly decorated and did not have any decor our kids could break which was even better when traveling with children. Check in ans check put was super easy comu icarion with owner as well. Would definitely come back if needed.

Great location

Property was in a great location for us. We were attending a conference up near the stadium. It was clean & had everything we needed. No issues accessing the property & if we didn’t see cars we would not have known there were neighbors
