Home sleeps 4 comfortably. Large master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with shower and pool access. Second bedroom has king bed or 2 twin beds upon request.

The house has an open living room, with pull out twin chair/bed, with streaming TV options, office nook for remote workers, business class internet with wifi (800Mbps down/40Mbps up), full kitchen and dining room with pool view. Central heating and cooling.

The saltwater pool is full size, deep, and great for swimming. Heated spa included in rental. Pool can be heated for charge during winter months upon request.

Walking distance to the hiking trail entrances, pickleball and tennis courts. La Quinta's Old Town of shops, restaurants, and brewery are within 3 miles. Golf at PGA West, The Quarry and other nearby course. Seasonal trout fishing at nearby Lake Cahuilla.

Home includes: 2 car driveway and two car garage with washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishware, silverware, pots and pans. Full size pool towels, regular towels/wash cloths, sheets, blankets, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner.

This is a non-smoking property. No smoking anywhere on the property permited.

People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
