With a gorgeous view of the San Jacinto mountain landscape, this house is just 5 minutes from downtown, aerial tramway, museum, the airport and the freeway.

The house has two grocery stores nearby, coffee shops and other commercial shops, gas stations, restaurants and much more. There is a lot of parking in the driveway up to 4 cars can park there. With a convenient smart keypad lock to enter the premises each bedroom has it’s own 50” smart television with cable and super soft sheets on every bed. Each bathroom has a spacious rain shower you will enjoy. The living room has a 60" smart television with cable as well. The master bedroom has a queen comfy bed and the other two bedrooms have full-size comfy beds. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need to cook your meals and a coffee and tea maker to enjoy. The enormous covered patio provides a lot of shade and a beautiful gazebo with relaxing chairs, sofa, gas firepit and gas BBQ grill. It also provides two large comfy cuddle chairs, a patio table and a 60 qt beverage cooler for all your backyard BBQ hangouts! You will be enjoying your desert stay and relaxing in no time!

Great stay!

Property was clean, owners were accommodating, nice, and communicative! Backyard was excellent and fun for our kids to run around in! Lots of great amenities and a relatively good price! We would definitely book again next time we’re in town!!

Great place to stay

The house is immaculate and clean. I really appreciate all the extras that the host provided including water, snacks, wine, and coffee. The backyard was a great place to relax, and it was very quiet.

Such a cute and relaxing home. All the amenities and comforts you need and more. Cute backyard and games to play. Great for a small group to relax and enjoy each others company. Close to downtown and great restaurants .

Nice stay

The house smelled very clean and the amenities were very nice along with the backyard. Home is located in the flight path so, if airplane noise is an issue for you, be aware.

Great place!

This place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well taken care of. The one thing that really blew us away was the additional things that the owner provided. We got fresh flowers, plenty of bottled water, snacks and more coffee that we needed. The showers had everything we needed. The attention to detail was first class!

Great Trip

Came out to see a little bit of California for the first time with some friends and had an amazing stay! The house was super clean and super easy to find. House was stocked up completely and had many other goods stashed for us.

Perfect get away!!

Awesome place to stay very very clean and quiet!! They made the stay so comfortable and easy they went above and beyond with all the extras!! Couldn't of asked for more we had the best time!! Desert Paradise!

Wow! This home and stay was absolutely perfect. The house was cozy, clean, close to town yet peaceful and quiet. The yard was a lovely oasis. The hosts thought of EVERY amenity, including snacks, toiletries, and fresh flowers. And plush robes! The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this property. We can't wait to go back!

A perfect place for our family stay

This home was perfect for us in every way. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the house is spotless and well-stocked with everything you might need. Lovely linens and comfortable beds. From the coffee, water, popcorn and wine to the wooden blocks and outdoor toys for the kids to the charming Valentine's plates, coffee cups and dish towels, it is apparent that the hosts take great care in creating a warm and welcoming home for their guests. The yard is large and beautiful. Perfect for all ages. Check in was a breeze and hosts were extremely responsive (but never intrusive). We hope to come back again!

Family get together

We rented this property because it was near a property that my brother and his family were renting at the same time. This is a fantastic property reasonably near the center of town in a quiet neighbourhood. It's exactly as advertised in the pictures. Immaculate. Everything inside is almost brand new. The owner also added some nice touches such as leaving lots of water in the fridge for us and a couple of bottles of wine. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend it .

Cute little Palm Springs home AMAZING yard & close to Convention center

We choose to stay at Roza and Jazmin home because it was close to the convention center on the map. I’m so glad we stayed here!! The home is super clean, the bathrooms have been newly upgraded, and they left lots of little touches that made our stay cozy. (Shampoo/ Conditioner in bathrooms/ Valentines Plates and napkins in kitchen/ wine and snacks/ and so much more). Their backyard is paradise. I loved sitting out there in the mornings and evenings and just relaxing, well manicured grass and cute and cozy furniture and decor. Lastly, they were so kind and allowed us a little extra time on check-out day. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!!!!!

Outstanding and well appointed home.

What a great stay! The hosts have been really thoughtful about adding amenities that are often taken for granted by other properties (and even hotels). How lovely it was to have snacks and beverages waiting for us as well. The coffee station and bottled waters allowed us to make one less stop as we started our excursions. The quality of the beds and bedding were glorious and the bathrooms were not just pristine, but were stocked with toiletries you likely would want at home. The temp controls were easy to find and adjust (important for Palm Springs) and the switches were labeled accordingly to not have difficulty turning off lights around the house. The Wi-fi was strong and the outdoor furniture was welcoming. Easily, three couples could stay here comfortably. Top-notch stay and the value was much better than staying in a local hotel. If I would make one small note for a future stay, it is that it is not walkable to nearby coffee shops or restaurants… but you’re in sunny Palm Springs anyway, drive your convertible down the road with your sunglasses on.
