Welcome to Sunset Cove! An East facing resort-style home with beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The home comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Huge outdoor lanai with heated saltwater pool and spa. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen, washer, and dryer, Wi-Fi, and SmartTVs in every room. Huge deck/pier to fish off of and with plenty of space to park your boat. Short access to the gulf and either a short boat ride or drive to multiple waterside restaurants and bars. The home was recently acquired and has all new furnishings.

House was beautiful and very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. We had a few hiccups the first 2 days, we had no running water the first day and the second day we had no internet. After those issues were resolved, we had a wonderful time

Perfect relaxing vacation

My family of 4 had a great relaxing vacation at this house. It's a beautiful home and the outside area can't be beat. The pool is gorgeous and the house has everything you need to unwind and relax. We loved that everything is screened in so we didn't have to deal with bugs. This is a great house with a great host!

Great Vacation

The property was beautiful, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the book of instructions that was left. Kevin, the owner was very helpful and was always available. The outdoor kitchen, pool and spa made for a special vacation.

Well-appointed, luxury home

This home in Cape Coral was the top of the line! Well-appointed in every way--home design and layout, comfort, amenities, etc. Everything was as described/pictured, and Kevin was a helpful and gracious host.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We had an amazing time at this home. It was beautiful inside and out. We spent most time outside socializing by the pool/hot tub. It was an very relaxing vacation. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were friendly as well; we took walks every night. Kevin was very friendly and helpful from the booking process all the way until we left the house on our last day. Everything was exactly as described. The house was gorgeous and the outdoor space was serene. - Amy

Better than Beachfront

We usually rent a condo on Sanibel Island that is as close to the water as you can get. This home was more enjoyable. Having the pool right outside the door meant that the kids could swim anytime and we could all enjoy sitting under the fans outside watching them. Immaculate, Five Star property on canal loaded with extras! Tons of grocery delivery options, marina within half hour drive, safe, attractive area. Garage door opener and a parking spot made life easy too!

Simply amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this home. It has everything you need, it was exceptionally clean, and plenty of space for the five of us. We really enjoyed the outdoor living area and spent the majority of our time here. The area was very nice and a quiet neighborhood where we were able to walk in the evenings and see the burrowing owls. You will not be disappointed with this gorgeous home and as others have said, the pictures just do not do this home justice! Right from the time of booking, Kevin was wonderful and was always available for any questions that we had. Thank you Kevin for sharing your home, this was one of the best rentals we have had and would definitely book again!

Cape Coral Vacation

The house was amazing, very spacious ,clean & Comfortable, plenty of room to relax & not be on top of each other, The outdoor grill / kitchen was a great touch for cooking outdoors & enjoying the the pool & Canal view, Kevin is very responsive if you reach out to him. If you like the Air really cold on hit days talk to Kevin because he has it on a set timer & I usually like my air a little colder but he accomodated me when I asked. I would definitely rent from Kevin again the house is amazing & the Master bath., Well lets jst say my wife found what she wants after seeing this one. Thanks for a great vacation Kevin !

Phenomenal Home! Everything you need and Want!

From the very start Kevin, the owner, was super accommodating in answering a question even before I booked this lovely, perfect home for our family of 4 vacation. Perfect communication upon arrival and leaving with Kevin. The Home is absolutely perfect. They thought of everything and more. The layout of the home is perfect. The outdoor living space is phenomenal! I do have to say the extra thought that was put into the lighting, automatic blinds and soft beachy decor makes all the difference. Like the other reviews say, the photos don’t do it justice. They have a fabulous and informative book about the ins and outs of the home that was very useful. The beds and linens are amazing, as well as the kitchen and how it is supplied. They really did think of everything. My husband fished everyday off the dock and had luck with catfish and snapper. We had a few family members that live in the area come ov we for dinner and it was a perfect home to entertain them in and relax over dinner. We will definetly be back! Thank you for everything!

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home and well appointed home. It is in a great location to Matlacha and Pine Island as well as for boating out to the many locations we enjoy visiting while in the area. Cabbage Key, Sanibel and Costa Maya are just a hop away. Our host was a great communicator tho we had no issues. Hope to return again.

Property matched what you see in the pictures and then exceeded them. Really didn't need main house much as we spent most of our time in the pool and outdoor living area. It rained every evening and we looked forward to sitting outside watching the storm. Kevin was great and prompt to work with and we highly recommend this property as it has everything you need to unwind and relax.

One of the best rentals by far!

We had an amazing time at this property. We've rented many in Cape Coral and other parts of Florida and this was our favorite by far. The communication with Kevin was top-notch and he was available for any questions we had about the hosue and made it easy to check in when we arrived. He was also super helpful when we had questions about things in the area. The house itself had everything we needed and more, and it was even better than the photos. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space and took full advantage of the pool and hot tub every day, as well as the outdoor kitchen. The pool was heated perfectly and stocked with pool toys for our kiddos and us! We also enjoyed fishing in the canal, we took the kayaks out a few times, and also enjoyed a fire a few nights when it wasn't too hot. The bedrooms were all great sizes and all the beds were very comfortable. Everything you need is already in the kitchen when you get there and it made it easy for cooking and making meals. We also used the cups out by the pool as well for drinks which was nice because we forgot to bring our own. You won't be disappointed with this home. Next time I'm headed to the area I'll definitely be back.

Breathtaking

Our family loved everything about this home! We have rented from several homes in Cape Coral and this house is definitely one of a kind. All our needs were met and beyond. Family loved the pool and jacuzzi overlooking the canal plus all the extra fun pool floats and volleyball net etc. If I needed assistance with anything it was answered back quickly. Pictures of this beautiful home are nothing compared to when you walk in it, just amazing!!

Our property is fairly new and has all the touches you would expect for the money you spend. We don't skimp on the little things like providing toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, youtubeTV and toys to enjoy at the pool and pier.

If you like to fish or boat, the access is great from our home. The furnishings were all brand new in January of 2022 and we worked to provide nice linens, towels, sofas, beds, etc. If you read our reviews, time and again they say our pictures don't do it justice. We look forward to having you.
