Nestled on a corner lot opening up to hiking paths and only 1/2 mile to Lake Michigan is our wonderful getaway in South Haven, Michigan. This home is in a brand new development called The Harbor Club with a brand new indoor community pool as well as an outdoor pool. It`s perfect for families or other mid sized groups. Enjoy the amenities of a subdivision created for vacationers both in season and off season. We even have a Tesla EV destination charger in the garage.

If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It`s $199 per pet per stay to bring them along.

For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home:

1. Front Door
2. Back Door

These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.
We have exterior cameras located at the front door and back door (there are NO cameras inside the home).

The base rate covers the first 3 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Want to bring a pet? No problem, it`s just $199 per pet per stay.

Parking is available on the driveway, in the garage or on the street in front of the house. Please do not park on the grass.

Please be respectful of our neighbors, by keeping noise to a reasonable level and do not trespass onto anyone else`s property.

No smoking inside the house or garage. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine.

Other general rules:

1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm.
4. Outside amplified music is prohibited.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage, on the driveway, or in front of the house.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
14. An additional fee of $100 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
15. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
16. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
17. You will be charged an additional $500 for neighbor complaints.
18. You will be charged an additional $500 if security is dispatched to the property.
19. You will be charged an additional $1,000 if the police is called to the property and
you will likely have to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
20. You will be charged a penalty of $500 plus $60/person for everyone on the property
that was not included on your reservation count to be on the property.
21. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to check in. Check in instructions will not be sent if the rental agreement is not signed.
