White Cap Beach condo is just steps away from the gulfs white sandy beach. Relax, unwind, and create beautiful memories in this 2b/2b condo! The master bedroom oasis has a king size bed, full bathroom, private balcony, and a streaming TV. The second bedroom boasts a beachy feel with two twin beds and a streaming TV. The living room has a pull out queen sofa and a new 60 inch 4k TV. The fully loaded kitchen contains all your cooking needs. Enjoy beach views from your front balcony.This beautiful Fort Myers Beach vacation rental is conveniently located mid island and has a gulf view of Fort Myers Beach. The condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for your relaxation and privacy. You’ll be comfortable in the master bedroom (King bed, walk-in shower) or guest bedroom with 2 twins and tub/shower in bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A serene back lanai with seating and a lush tropical palm view awaits you outside the master bedroom.

The large front balcony is the perfect location to view the picturesque Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island. No need to get in a car the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters. You can also enjoy Junkanoo bar and grill and Fresh Catch for fine waterfront dining.

Three TVs, and shared pool. Outdoor features: balcony, lanai. Kitchen: full kitchen, cooking utensils provided, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker. Free WiFi. The elevators are NOT working at this time. They are scheduled to be in November 2025. You will need to walk up a flight of steps to get into the unit. Please keep in mind Fort Myers Beach was hit with category 5 hurricane Ian on September 28,2022. The entire island is re-building and has some construction noise. You can reach out to me for updates.

Excellent location - easy to come and go - amazing morning and evening views - walking distance to Publix and Junkanoos. This condo was very clean and host was immediately accessible when I had one small question about the door lock. Would stay here again.

The stay is absolutely beautiful! The hosts were very helpful and supplied a beautiful home for our family to enjoy. Easy walk within seconds of the beach. Warm and clean pool. Very close to Publix for all your grocery needs. Hosts were very informative and willing to help us first timers figure things out! Can’t wait for our next trip down! Couldn’t ask for more. We would give 10 stars if available.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Tawnia's condo to ring in the new year with our family! Condo had a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner in the showers - great perks when traveling light. Location is awesome with Publix and Junkanoo right around the corner - we frequented both. Step out your front door and views of the beach are amazing. Takes less than a few minutes to walk across the street and have your feet in the sand! Our kids also swam in the heated pool daily and had it all to themselves. We used the trolley often to Bowditch Park and Times Square - an amazing holiday getaway. Thank you Tawnia!

Property was clean and well maintained with an updated look. Beautiful beach view and an easy walk across the street to the beach. Property owner was great and answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner before and during our stay. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a nice, quiet place to relax.

Very nice condo. Great beach view from front balcony. Parking on site but very tight for an F150. Small but nice pool. Elavator not working so flights of stairs were not fun for us seniors with luggage, etc. Would stay again.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for us and our grandkids. Easy walk right across the street to the beach, which was not very crowded especially compared to other parts of the beach. The condo was spacious and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Terrific!!

This place was easily at the top of the list of the places we have stayed. Easy check in. Tawnia was very fast to respond to any questions we had. Everything we needed was there for us to use including beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, coolers, beach towels. The kitchen also had everything needed, and there was a Keurig and a regular old school coffee pot. The beach was right across the street so easy to get to and it was great sitting out on the balcony and being able to see the beach. Another plus was having Publix so close.

Location, location, location

The location, and accommodations were perfect. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The host was quick to respond, and left guests lacking nothing for their stay. The convenience of the beach and Publix was really nice. We asked for dinner recommendations and they provided an excellent location, with great food and a comfortable atmosphere. The condo was super quiet, and tastefully decorated. We would love to return for another trip!

Break from work

Very relaxing time. Nice to walk across the street to a beautiful beach. Convenient to have the grocery store in the back yard. Condo was perfect for the four of us...not to big and not to small. Had all the amenities that we needed for a short stay both at the beach and as a guest.

We are originally from Ohio. We always wanted to live by the beach so we decided to move to Fort Myers beach. We bought this beautiful condo mid island and enjoy sharing it with our guest.
