The Bay Area neighborhood is a great place to raise a family since the neighborhood is not only attractive, but safe. There are plenty of activities to do both in and near the neighborhood. The Sunrise Mall is a popular shopping spot with many nice stores as well as a few good places to eat.

Besides the nearby bay, Cole Park offers a place to get out and partake in outdoor activities. Located close by the Bay Area neighborhood is USS Lexington Museum, Funtrackers family center, the South Texas botanical garden, and Nature center.

Great property that served our needs

Overall we enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor area which is great for grilling. Arrival and checkin was terrible. We were a group 14 with only 4 towels and no covers for the 3 sleeper-sofas So first night not comfortable.

Family Weekend

Great property w/ an awesome outdoor cooking/gathering area! Large home with plenty of room for our big family. And a great playground/park a few blocks away. Amazing host who worked w/ us & allowed our family to reschedule our stay when our 6-week old granddaughter ended up in the hospital for 2-weeks. Switched from Sept to New Year’s weekend. Great weather & a beautiful weekend- so don’t be afraid to book this place in the winter.

Beautiful House

It's true what they say, this house is beautiful! We werent able to check in right at 3pm because the previous house occupants left a mess for the cleaning crew, but they were very sweet about it. If you have small children or babies, they provide a pack n play and a high chair which I thought was amazing since those items can be hard to travel with. The older children loved the all the bunk beds and we all thought it was pretty cool that the house was like a big circle maze. HEB is very close by to go grocerh shopping and the beach is also verh close. I would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Corpus! I know we will be on our next trip.

Family vacation

Our family of 11 ranging in ages from 1 to 64 stayed here for a week enjoying the area. The location was excellent. Close to the the beaches and aquarium. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the back patio area. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our only complaint was there was limited cooking utensils such as a mixer and bakeware. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Disappointed but made the most of it!

First, we reached out to the owner to see about checking in an hour and a half early since we were in the area but weren’t able to because the owner said someone was inside cleaning however we waited outside the property and no-one came or left in that time. The code to the door wasn’t right but thankfully the side door was unlocked and we were able to get in. Upon getting inside, several things were disappointing. First, the smell of the house (especially closets) was damp and musty and all 8 of us were sick while inside the house but recovered once we were outside. There was a dead cockroach in the cabinet above the refrigerator and one on the kitchen floor. The grill/kitchen area was filthy and covered in grease like no one had cleaned it. It was also tricky to get the grill going (printed directions where the gas shut off is located would have been helpful as my husband was crawling all around to get it going). The ice maker doesn’t work. The plates/cups were unusable. In addition, the house says it sleeps several people but there is not enough silverware to accommodate so suggesting people bring their own paper plates and plastic cutlery would be great. The cops were called to the neighbors house for a domestic after hearing them arguing in their back yard and honking their horn for an hour. We understand that particular issue isn’t owners fault, though it does reflect on the neighborhood. Because of all of these small issues compiled, we would not recommend this property, especially for the price. We did document these things with pictures. It is close to the gulf/attractions which was nice and all of us were able to be together in one home as opposed to a hotel. We just wanted to pass this information along so future guests aren’t disappointed like we were.

Great backyard and location

The backyard of this property was a fantastic place for our family of 8 to hang out. We really enjoyed our time together. Convenient location as there are grocery stores, etc. nearby (1 mile away) and the beach/park areas are just 2-3 miles away depending on where you go. Breweries nearby are really good, we especially enjoyed Neuces Brewery.

Very clean house located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Our family of 9 stayed in this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. The check in process was very easy and any and all questions were answered right away by the property manager. I highly recommend this property. I know my family and I will be back in the near future.

Great time in CC

We stayed here to attend a wedding in CC. Great place. The backyard had an outdoor grill with a large TV. We grilled brauts and watched football before the wedding. Had a great time. Thank you.

Paradise found in Corpus Christi Texas!

Great place for a family-plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. It's a great getaway for small groups-we had 8 in our party. The kitchen spacious and the patio area was a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink!

Nice home, lots of space, quiet

This house is in an older neighborhood, not far from the ocean and Shoreline Dr. We used it for a business purpose and 3 of us used three of the four bedrooms, which were quite spacious. The house has been renovated. There is a lot of space everywhere. Good kitchen. 3 baths. One bedroom had a row of bunk beds (spring breakers?) - did not use. Large backyard - would be good for a party. But also a great space for quiet retreat and not far from everything. Only gripe - not huge, as we were busy a lot that week - was the TV system. Had to log in to every subscription. Very odd and limited. Other than that it is a great house and I appreciated much having it for the need that my colleagues and I used it for. Thank you.

The house was exactly as described but even better in person , our family came down for a funeral and this home made us very comfortable. The house had everything we needed , any questions I had they were very responsive, we will definitely be coming back
