Our condo is located just a few steps from the beach and close to downtown Jaco where you will find restaurants, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and more. This condo is very spacious fully furnished with three bedrooms, all with king size beds.
We have two terraces, one is located in front of the living room and another terrace where you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all you need to cook. IMPORTANT NOTE

Due to the current development changes in our area where there is rapid construction of new buildings and properties, our views from our terraces have changed as you can see in the updated photos.

Existing reservations will have a discount as we consider that there is currently work going on, as you can see in the reviews there may be some noise during the day but it will not affect your stay.

For existing reservations we have also changed our cancellation policy, where the guest will be able to cancel without penalty.
