Located on a stunning private beach just 8 miles from Georgetown, the capital of Exuma. Next to the famous Lazy River! Five large bedrooms which are beautifully decorated. New two bedroom Beachside Cottage includes a master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bath and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for an additional family. Soaring 22'' ceilings in the main great room with state of the art fully stocked kitchen.

Wonderful vacation spot with a beautiful view! The home was well stocked & roomy enough for our large group. The host was very responsive, and the concierge was helpful & attentive. We enjoyed their recommendations for the chef, excursions, and rentals. The pool was enjoyed by all.

Family Escape to Exuma

We love Exuma, the people could not be friendlier! We had a need for a doctor at one point and the house manager was quick to point us in the right direction for medical assistance in town which was also superb! If you check in on Sunday, be aware that most grocery stores close early - think through dinner arrangements prior to arrival for that evening. Again, the house manager was very helpful and directing us. The owners of the property were also extremely responsive! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and hope we have the opportunity!

Greystone Villa is amazing

Our stay at Greystone Villa was magical. The house has everything you need. The views are so beautiful. The beach right at the bottom of your stairs is one of the most beautiful waters we have ever been in. We highly recommend staying here!

Great!

Stayed here from 2/14-2/21/25. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more for our party of nine. Sharell, our Property Manager, was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker and a new one was delivered the next day. The grounds were lovely and well-maintained. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the ocean only steps away.. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay there again.

Awesome Property

We all loved this property. The location was a little ways from town but not an issue. The access to the water was perfect and having the kayaks on the property was a plus for us. All the rooms were very spacious. Sharell was great and helped with any questions I had. Definitely recommend this property.

Judy is hands down the best!

House was amazing and more importantly Judy the prop manager was hands down the best, from getting us at the airport to setting up boat rentals, and rides to dinner without her the trip would not have been the same!

Wonderful property with all the ammenities

We had 6 guys who turned 50 this year all together for a reunion. What a blast we had. The property was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Sharrell the property manager was incredible in helping us with all our planning. Chef Tevin cooked up some aweome food. Just a great trip all around.

Dream Holiday at the Best Place on Earth

Beach, house, pool, all UNREAL! I felt like we were living in a screensaver. House is immaculate and like new, beach is surreal and Judy the property manager is awesome. The only disappointment was that I had to leave! Loved the house... WE WILL BE BACK SOON!!!!

Amazing property & views!

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this property is until you walk into the house and see the views. Our family of 8 had a fantastic time in Exuma and at this property. They have everything you need inside the house, as well as outside—ocean kayaks, snorkel gear, pool floats, beach towels…etc. Sharell was absolutely fantastic and was always available if we had any questions. We also had Chef Tevin make a delicious dinner for our family. I highly recommend this property!

Stunning view hits you, as soon as you enter!

Loved this villa, absolutely spectacular setting, beautiful pool with expansive deck area, perfect for entertaining! Rooms were spacious, beds extremely comfortable, well supplied with everything needed for a great stay. Gorgeous beach is only steps away. I come to Exuma for the incredible water, stunning white sand beaches and a laid back vacation. People are wonderful, Judy is a spectacular chef and Winky is warm and welcoming catering to every need. Chat n Chill,Tropic Breeze and Santana's offer amazing food and are close by. I will be back, thanks Dean & Andrea for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location, beautiful house, amazing experience!

We had the best time at Greystone beach house! The house is perfect for a large group and the layout offers privacy and a comfortable, well equipped space for gathering. The location and views couldn’t be better. The pool is wonderful. The AC and internet connection never failed. Fresh fish and lobster and the incredible water and beaches of little exuma allowed us an unforgetable experience. We will most definitely be back. The house manager, Judy was fabulous and made our stay perfect in every way. Highly recommended!

We loved Greystone

Greystone is an amazing house and property located in the cut right by the lazy river - which we dubbed Paradise Cove. Cant say enough great things about the house, the exuma islands and of course Judy..... Judy is the property manager and she, Wade and family did everything possible to make sure we were stocked, well fed and having a great time on amazing excursions! Thank you again Judy and Wade for everything you did for us! We will be back to Greystone and the Cut!

Slice of Heaven

I stayed at Greystone with five other colleagues for a long weekend retreat. We were met at the airport by Judy and her niece who kindly escorted us to the house. The house was clean, open and absolutely beautiful. It was fully stocked with everything that we needed. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and there were several spots where we ended up hanging out as a group. It was so easy to sit back and relax when you have the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. The house was everything we needed it to be and we would certainly go back!

Spring Break at the Greystone Beach House - May 31-April 7

The Greystone Beach House in Little Exuma is amazing. Great pool and nice beach just a short away from the house. The water is so blue and the sand is white. Can't say enough about Judy and her crew. They took excellent care of us and cooked two delicious dinners for us. They answered all our questions right away and gave us information about the island. Judy's husband Wade took us on his boat twice to see everything we wanted to see. We will definitely return to this wonderful paradise - Little Exuma. We've been to many places in the Caribbean and all 5 of us decided this is our new favorite.

The most perfect vacation spot

We rent both (beachwood and greystone) The best vacation ever! 4 families. 8 adults and 14 kids! We stayed for 10 days but It felt like a short time. So many things to do and such a beautiful spot to relax. It is the perfect combination. Dean was always responsive and great. Judy took care of every question and any need that we had during our time in exumas. She also organized the excursions (swimming pigs, sharks, turtles, iguanas and sting rays). I Definitely recommend these properties! I will come back as soon as I can!

Gorgeous home with all the amenities!

We booked this home on a whim and was happy to find out it was everything and more. The staff met us at the airport with a rental car plus carseats, house was set up with high chairs and cribs, making it a seamless arrival. They offer to grocery shop for you and we had them cook dinners for us a few nights so that we can really enjoy more of our vacation and less of those every day chores. The house was beyond spacious and comfortable for our family! If i had one suggestion tip it would be to have a map of the island for guests to use. This island has so much to explore and just as we were learning its whereabouts, it was time to leave. We will definitely be back!!!

Piece of Heaven!!!

We had the most AMAZING get away at an AMAZING home !!! From the time we contacted Dean the owner (who responded SO Quickly) till the day we left we were in great hands. Judy & Wade meet us at the airport, took us to the butcher, grocery store & liquor store. Then took us to the beautiful home and got us settled!!! They gave us recommendations for restaurants also made us reservations at restaurants. But what we loved more than anything was that we hired them to cook for us two of the evenings and that was absolutely fantastic experience would do it again in a minute. Judy is an amazing cook along with Wade!!! It felt like we were one big happy family in a beautiful & comfortable home. Everything we needed was there. We do a lot of VRBO homes and this is one to not miss!!! Beautiful views too...
