Take a load off and soak in the lovely view from our wrap around deck in one of the two seating areas or enjoy the double porch swing. Don’t worry about anything once you arrive; this unit is tastefully appointed with all of the luxuries you desire. Unlike most other rental units, clean linens are included in your rental fee.

The master bedroom 1 on the main level has a king size bed with cathedral ceiling, a full bath plus a rollout crib that can be used in either bedroom on this floor. Bedroom 2 on the main level also has a king size bed with cathedral ceiling along with a direct door to a full bath - works as a master bedroom. The master bedroom 3 in the spacious loft has a king size bed along with a twin bunk bed and elevated ceiling and full bath. All three bedrooms have wall mounted Smart Roku TVs with cable TV (espn, etc) and free Wi-Fi.

When you awake, you are at beautiful Bernard's Landing with access to 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, exercise room, sauna, a beach area including volleyball, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, basketball and more.

Want to get out on the lake? There are ample marinas (including one on-site) offering a variety of watercraft rentals including power boats, jet-skis, kayaks, paddleboards and more. With your boat rental from the marina you can use multiple boat docks just steps away from the condo. If you have your own boat there is an easily accessible onsite boat ramp. You can even watch your family tube or water ski around the large cove directly in front of the condo.

The children will enjoy playing at the sandy beach right in front of the condo, and the large beach area with cabanas and chairs is just a short walk away.

The Bernards Landing community sits only 8 miles from the popular Westlake area, which includes a variety of dining options, gift shops, and activities for everyone, as well as a large grocery store. Convenience stores are close by, along with a highly recommended onsite restaurant, Napoli By the Lake.

NOTE: As per Franklin County Regulations, occupancy is limited to 6 Adults (defined as anyone aged 3 or older) children under 3 are not counted for occupancy limits. Unit can accommodate 6 adults plus additional children under 3. All rentals at Bernards Landing have this same regulation.
