We needed space for 8 adults for our daughter’s wedding. The location was easy to find and we loved how the house was arranged. The two kitchens were great as the 20 year olds were down stairs playing pool and utilizing that kitchen while we had the upstairs. It was very clean and there were plenty of tvs Highly recommended

Great House, Convenient Location!

From the welcome basket with a bottle of wine to comfy beds and a convenient location, this house suited our family’s needs perfectly! If you stay here, be sure to check out Dan’s Crafts and Things across the street- amazing!!

Great for family at graduation

Our family stayed here for RIT graduation and it was perfect. Quick 15 minute drive to campus. House was very clean. We had fun playing pool in the basement. The basement does have low ceilings, so if you're over 6' be prepared to duck! Overall, a great place.

Great Stay!

House was fabulous! Was very clean and modern and everything worked beautifully while we were there. Loved the finished basement and the kids loved the pool table.

Great home for a multi-family

We had three families stay at this beautiful home for 5 days. The house was well appointed with anything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The basement downstairs was a great area for our family with young kids to stay. Overall really great place, we would definitely stay here again!

College family weekend

Had a wonderful stay this past weekend for a family weekend at our daughter's college. Property was convient, clean, spacious and full of thoughtful amenities. Would definitely recommend it for a large family or multiple couple get away with more space and relaxation than a hotel room.

Lovely property at a great location

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the house how nice it was. Super clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of rooms for our party of six. The location was perfect where it was within 10/15 minutes of where we needed to go. Looking forward to coming back again for the next meet!

Property cleaning team needs to clean mirrors and dust around the fireplace.

We cleaned the place and left it in good order. It’s a beautiful house and we enjoy the 2 night stay.

This is a fabulous property that was extremely well stocked with many different things.Lovely property! Very easy check-in and out. We had a minor problem, contacted the owner and received a reply very quickly with an easy solution. Praises for that! It is very nicely decorated and comfortable.The property has a good size driveway and it allows for an extra vehicle. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a living room, full bath and kitchen. It has a fireplace (didn’t use so can’t comment).Downstairs is a full bathroom and kitchen, and bedroom. There is a playroom with a pool table. Also is a big washer & dryer. Iron and board upstairs and down.We loved it and would definitely staying there again! We highly recommend!

Girls weekend

We recently stayed here for a girls shopping weekend . The house was incredibly clean and just as described. Plenty of room and all the beds were comfortable. Owner was great in terms of communication and any questions I had ! Great property looking forward to coming Back next December! Close to shopping and restaurants!

Cute place. Great location for where we needed to be. Loved the decor. We had planned for 8 of us but ended up only have 3. Would have been perfect for our original group. If ever that way again, will definitely re-book.

Visit to Rochester

Family vacation. Great house. It was immaculately clean. Very well stocked. Location is 20 min or less from anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend. Owner was very responsive. Great house.

3 bedrooms on main floor👍

We stayed here for graduation 👨‍🎓 week, with 5 adults. My parents are in their 80s, and it was so nice to have 3 BR’s on the main floor. My grandkids stayed one night also, and loved the furnished basement with a pool table and BR.

Great location and wonderful house!

This house was perfect for my family's stay. Plenty of rooms and the basement was great so the kids could have an area to relax as well. The house was clean, well decorated, lots of extra amenities, and exactly how it looks in photos. The Wifi worked well throughout our stay. The location was great for visits to The Strong Museum, Seabreeze, and a few great restaurants we visited. Make sure to stop across the street at Dan's Crafts & Things - lots of treasures there! We would definitely recommend this house to others, thank you!

When you can’t leave on time

Our car broke down, we had no way to leave on time on a Sunday because we could not get a rental car, so our host worked very diligently to arrange for us to stay another nite…she was terrific!!

Accurate listing, great hosts, needs a better cleaning

The property size and location was great for us. The place could have used a deeper cleaning. The countertops and floors were gone over but still sticky in some places or in need of another sweep. The rooms were good size and the bathrooms were fine. Kitchen was well appointed with extra everything in the downstairs kitchen. A few things need fixing and I've let the host know but it was nothing that really affected our stay. The host was very attentive and helped turn off the security door announcement which was loud. The location was on a busy roadway so you really needed to be careful when turning into and out of the driveway but the driveway was so wide we could turn around in it which was helpful.
