We had such an awesome stay! The house was clean, perfect size, location and the hosts thought of everything! Everything down to bowls for puppies! The hosts were also wonderful and responded in a very timely manner anytime I had a question. I grew up in the area so to be so close to family but also have our own space was awesome! My daughter also brought her bike and there was enough room in the back fenced in paved area for her to ride. She also loved the basketball hoop back there. So close to Sea Breeze you would not even need to move your car just walk across the street! We will 100% be back to stay! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Clean, Spacious, but Warm

The house is exactly as pictured, and extremely well maintained. The cleanest rental I’ve stayed in; couldn’t even tell it was a dog friendly rental! Host is very quick to respond to questions. Only thing to note is the bedrooms/upstairs get little output from the central AC. There’s one window unit in one bedroom that did a good job cooling the upstairs during the day, but with high 80s into the night the other rooms were warm. Positive is that each room has a ceiling fan which helped keep the air cool.

Great little getaway house

My family and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this house! It was clean, spacious, and stocked with lots of fun things to do. My son loved the basketball hoop outside in the fenced area! With Seabreeze right across the street, and great restaurants all within walking distance, we didn’t have to drive anywhere the entire time! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

The house was even better than the photos, and very accessible. It was a perfect location to get in and out of Rochester easily with amazing restaurants just a walk away from the house. Would definitely stay again:)

Great little getaway in well-appointed vacation home

A great home-away-from-home base for a recent family trip. Everything you could need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms plus a handy little yard for a dog (necessity for us!) all tucked into a side street literally across from Sea Breeze. Restaurants galore within walking distance, five minute walk to the shore, and the most wonderful family diner with ice cream and terrific breakfast sandwiches - Don's Original. Definitely coming back to stay here the next time we are in the area. Thanks to the hosts for such a wonderful place!

Comfortable home

We stayed for 4 nights in early April with our 13 year old and 17 year old. The home was perfect. Very quiet this time of year. Would deinitely stay again when in the area.

Great little place if traveling with pets!

Our house sitter cancelled on us so last min we needed a place that would accept our dogs. Cute small house with several great places to eat in walking distance. Also right on the lake for walks with dogs, or there is also a small fenced in backyard which we loved for our senior dogs. Only a few small complaints, the coffee maker needs a deep cleaning - I went to open it to use and an old pod was still in it - was a turn off. I also didn't notice in pictures none of the beds have headboards, and 2 of the beds are up against a window. Sleep was affected by this. Athome has some great cheap headboard options! The thermostat also seemed to have a very odd schedule, one min it would be set to 62 and then randomly to 90 - we had to keep a close eye on this and turn off/adjust several times. Other than that the house was clean. The rooms are tiny, but it was fine for us. Great shower pressure. Very responsive host.

Excellent place

Very nice rental, super clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Appreciated being able to bring our dog. Great communication with owners. Will definitely stay again when visiting family! Some good restaurants close by as well- Salty pizza & Mediterranean within walking distance.

Christmas Holiday

We needed a place to stay while visiting our family over the Christmas Holiday. With family living in Greece and Penfield we were looking for a good in between place to stay that also allowed dogs. Having lived in West Irondequiot before moving to NC I wanted to stay in that area. Jennifer’s place came up and looked like a cozy place to stay. I messaged with Jennifer before booking. She was prompt to respond. The house was clean and well stocked. It was the perfect home away from home. In addition, my pup enjoyed his walk to Durand Eastman beach as well. Perfect location.

Summer Fun in Rochester NY

This property is very well-maintained with many updated features and comforts. There was plenty of room to relax and enjoy our vacation time. The location is wonderful and within a short walk of the lake. We were very close to all that Rochester has to offer including restaurants and much site seeing with our family members who live in Rochester. Clean, across the street from Seabreeze

The home was very clean and the location was great. Right across the street from seabreeze. There were plenty of games and tvs for entertaintment in the home along with anything you'd need in the kitchen. The only bad things i can say is that the the upstairs was very hot no matter how low we turned down the temp. Also the doorbell would ring randomly even in the middle of the night. We thought it was neighbor kids messing around, however it rang with us standing right near the outside door so it must have been malfunctioning. This wouldnt have been a problem except that it terrified my son and he didnt get any sleep the first night due to this and the door not being locked after we returned (which could have been my fault although I thought I locked it) the home itself is beautiful however.

Birthday mini trip

We visited the Seneca Park Zoo and Seabreeze Park. The location was perfect directly across from Seabreeze and not crazy busy. The property was very clean and up to date. We only wished there was a grill. Even my little grandson loved it there. We would definitely return

Beautiful little home very convenient to seabreeze and surrounding area. Amazing location and such a cute place!

We loved staying here! The beds are on the softer side, which isn’t my preference but my friends didn’t have any issues with it 😊. And the location!! Amazing!!!
