The beach barn was one of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed. The hosts were great and the house comes with everything you could need for a weekend at the beach. LGI is a gulf coast gem.

Our stay was amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host thought of every detail, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Beach Barn was 10 out of 10! Very clean, easy to communicate with host; We LOVED the outdoor shower.The kitchen had every we needed to feel right at home.The sweeping deck off the front of the house was our favorite place to hang in the morning for coffee. We will definitely be booking the Beach Barn again in the future!

We have been to the island many times and this home has so far been our favorite. This home has absolutely everything that you will need for a wonderful vacation.

Awesome Getaways

This property was awesome! There is plenty of room and the beds are comfortable. We did rent a golf cart and it was a great addition to seeing the island. We enjoyed it!

Well stocked with household and cooking essentials. Very clean. Lots of extra things for beach and fishing fun too. Plenty of room for a family of 5.

Very friendly hosts and great location

House is centrally located 3 minute walk to the pier you come in on (bayside) and 5 minutes walk to the ocean. House had plenty of dishes, towels, board games, etc.

Cool place and wonderful host

We stayed 4 days on the island. This place is one of the coolest/nicer houses ive stayed in. We had a day of rain which there was plenty of stuff to do provided by the host. Everything was great and we will be back!

Perfect!

My family and I stayed a week at the barn house. It was one of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in, this being our 4th year at the island. It is a beautiful home and literally has everything needed. We definitely look forward to more stays here in the future!

The best all around VRBO we have ever stayed in!

The Beach Barn was beyond my expectations. Cleanliness is an important factor in staying at a VRBO with my small children. The Beach Barn was impeccable. It was perfect for our family of 5. The house has everything you could ever need in a stay on the island. 10/10 recommend!!

Nothing but great things to say about the Beach Barn!

The home was very well stocked and equipped. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. Dave the Property Manager was very responsive to any questions we had and made us feel welcomed. We wish we had stayed longer to explore more of the island.
