Perfect bay side stay, close to the beach

Perfect stay for a shore getaway. The pool offers alternative activity for when children are drained by the beach.

The home is beautiful, has all the amenities plus more. The pool and bar room are superb. Jennifer responded promptly to all our needs. Definitely would rent again!!!

We very much enjoyed staying at your home. The only thing we had to bring was food and clothes. All the bathrooms had shampoo conditioner and body wash. The only thing we had to buy was paper towels.

Nice location

Very good location on bay side of Brigantine. Very relaxing and quiet. Gorgeous upscale neighborhood around. Safe. Property need some lite renovations (carpet and wall painting) and more normal beds with comfortable mattress instead of excessive amount of bunk beds.Expected more for that price.

family celebration

Jen's property was exactly as described. We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors friendly and everything in the island is very accessible. We would visit again. The house is equipped with everything you can imagine, except I could not find the potato peeler!!! The pool was fabulous and well used by the children. We were blessed with fantastic weather every day and I miss my early morning coffee on the front porch. Thank you Jen and VRBO.

great house for families

The major disappointment was that the house has 2 ice makers and both were broken. The owner knew about it but we still had to buy ice every day. She never offered a remedy or price reduction. Several remotes were missing or were difficult to find. I can't fault the owner since I am sure most of the problem was prior renters not caring.

Nice House, Great Pool

The house is nice in a good neighborhood close to everything and the pool is great. Kids loved the slide. Our issues were related to a variety of things in the house that did not work...ice maker in bar (although not listed as an amenity it would be natural to think it would work), missing remote controls for fans, empty propane tank, broken umbrellas, terrible fly problem, and other inconveniences. Some were reported to the owner at the time and were remedied but not in an expedient fashion. The owner was responsive after the stay to our concerns and did process a refund. I think that if there was someone who checked the house between guests a lot of things could have been avoided. Potential is there for a great place.

Our stay in Brigantine

Family and I had a great time. My grandchildren loved the pool. The house was ready early and Jennifer was very nice to let us in early. There were just a few minor things that can be improved on. The garbage disposal in the bar sink did not work. Neither one of the two ice makers worked. The refrigerator was very small for a house that sleeps 12. The bedroom on the third floor has no bureau or closet and the bunks had no top sheets on them. One thing that wasn’t pleasant but the owner has no control over are the green flies.

Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful 4BR/ 2 Bath home and neighborhood. Neighbors were all friendly. Pool was clean and well kept. Every morning we had several visiting ducks awaiting us. Cable and internet worked well on all floors. Beach supplies came in handy. The men in the group enjoyed the Links golf. Restaurants were all very good in area. . Easy access and great parking.
