Welcome to this quite home with country modern vibes on 2 acres with the benefits of being 15 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids and 30 minutes to the well known city of Holland on Lake Michigan. Lots of eateries to try out, as well as many family friendly activities to go to, and even some cool trails to explore. Let this beautiful home be your escape from the fast life we live as you watch the flames at the fireplace roar. You might even catch a sight of the wild deer that come through, but if luck passes you by say hi to our resident chickens and bunnies.

Great place to stay! Clean, beautiful home in great location. We spent a lot of time in Holland which was just a short drive. Enjoyed the beach there and Oval Beach in nearby Saugatuck. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay with huge yard

Place was nice and quiet (a little noise from the street, but we are used to the street noise from city living). Rooms were great!

Beautiful

Convenient location, close to the highway. Beautiful yard. Great sidewalks for walking. Lovely house. Owners were friendly and prompt with requests. Rabbits and chickens were fun and we saw deer.

Backyard bonus

Nice clean home, our 2 older teens did fine sharing the 2nd bedroom with twin bed and trundle bed. Kitchen was furnished enough so we could buy a simple meal and still have all kitchenware we needed. Backyard is huge with nice deck to eat outside. Enjoyed the lightning bugs and some turkey visited back there.

Perfect location and house!

This really was the right way to stay!! My friend and I did a mini vacation with our kids and it was perfect in every way. The cleanliness of the house was the first thing I noticed-beautiful! We brought magnetic tiles and Legos for the kids to play with and the living room was big enough for all 3 of them to play. The back yard though could have entertained them all week itself. The sand box with toys was a great surprise. They loved watching the chickens, bunnies, and turkeys that passed through along the tree line one night at dinner. The kids didn't miss the TV all week. I've never been in a rental kitchen as well stocked as this one for cooking. There were so many pans, dishes, electric skillet, waffle maker (I think-there was too much to remember), that we could have chosen a different meal each night. Cheyenne was so kind and quick to respond when we had a question. This was the perfect location too for the exploring we did in Grand Rapids and Holland. I can't say enough nice things about this property and the owners. I wouldn't hesitate to book again when back in the area! Thank you!

Great stay!

Great house to stay in. Very large backyard and fun to see the chickens and rabbits. Convenient to Grand Rapids and several nearby restaurants. Quiet other than an occasional car going by, but it wasn’t an issue at night. We would stay there again.

Spiritual Retreat

It was perfect for us: A group of four women who traveled to see Joyce Meyer at the ResLife Church just around the corner. No TV’s, fresh laid eggs, firepit…. Nicely and simply decorated. The owner was quick to respond and attentive to our needs. Perfect for a small family get away who like a little quiet time after a day of culture and exploration in the beautiful surrounding communities. Thank you for your generous hospitality!!
