The floor plan is unique, and offers tremendous flexibility providing both privacy and great common areas that are perfect for two families. Private & gated beach access just across the street. Master bedroom features jetted tub and shower and upstairs kitchenette. Outside porch and pool deck equipped with a grill is perfect for winding down after a day on the beach.

Great stay for family wedding at the Westin

Great communication and flexibility from Matt (property owner) and management company (Oceanside)…able to have my family and grandkids stay for the week while attending a family wedding at the Westin…property was as described and worked great for us with the layout…easy walk to the beach and outdoor shower was a bonus for rinsing off grandkids after returning from the beach…would definitely stay again!

Great location

Loved the location, private beach entrances keep the crowd down in the area. House worked well for our group of 10. Cleaning crew was running late on check-in day but owner worked with us to at least get groceries in the fridge. Owner was responsive to our needs. Pretty good bang for your buck with this house we thought.

Lovely home

This was our first big family vacation and the house was the perfect set up for it. Plenty of space to get away if needed. Had a couple of issues pop up, one late in the evening and the host was responsive and took care of the issues. As mentioned in the previous review, we called about the downstairs AC and it was taken care of the next day. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on the accuracy of the listing was about the number of bathrooms was a little misleading. Otherwise it was perfect for our needs. We would rent it again for sure!

Family Beach Trip

Wonderful property with all the amenities for a great beach vacation. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed theirselves. I do believe the downstairs AC unit needs some refrigerant added.

This property is a great value. Short walk to the beach, very nice pool area with heated outdoor shower, and clean (other than one mildewed shower curtain). The listing says 4 bathrooms, but this is misleading. The upstairs bathroom is actually two adjoining rooms - one with a toilet, sink, and shower and one with a tub and sink, but there is no 4th toilet. The layout is unusual - the larger living area is upstairs, while the smaller one is off the kitchen downstairs. Also, light sleepers, note that one of the masters is right off the kitchen and downstairs LR. A few things that could use improvement: 1) Provide beach and pool towels! We have rented scores of beach places over the years and have never had a place that did not provide them so we did not pack our own. 2) Several things were broken (outlets in the downstairs bathroom and bedroom, jets on the tub, upstairs microwave, toaster) or broke during our stay (pool light burned out and smoke alarm batteries died). The host was very responsive and immediately ordered a new toaster and microwave, but there were no replacement batteries for the smoke alarm. No one brought any to us during our stay, so we just had to keep our fingers crossed. The pool light was replaced by the pool service two days later. 3) Kitchen was well-stocked overall, but a few more kitchen towels/cloths, oven mitts, and small plastic cups for kiddos would have been nice. 4) Indoor mats by the doors would help keep the place clean.

2023 Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. The house was great! I highly recommend it! We will definitely be renting again.

Yearly Family Beach Vacation

The house was a perfect set-up for our family group of ten. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have their own space. Close to the beach, so very convenient going back and forth with the kids. We love the Folly Field area at HHI. The only suggestions are to possibly update the showers and mattresses. We had a great stay and would rent this property again.

Family vacation

. This was our first time renting a private house, the owners were very responsive to my questions. We really enjoyed the house and the upstairs set up really worked well for our adult daughter with her family. ( we all didn’t have to wake up at 6:30am when our 3 yr old woke up😉) The beach was very accessible, the path was a bit bumpy. ( I recommend not putting a one yr old in the beach wagon. ( she’s ok😉). It was great to have a pool and the backyard is very private. This was one of our favorite vacations and would stay again! Thank you! Carrie-

The house was great location and spacious

Location to the beach was a very short walk, the house was spacious and great for a large family. Clean and well maintained. The owner was quick to return any emails and address any questions we had. I would rent this house again in the future.

Family Vacation

The house is in a great location! It is close to stores/shops with an easy beach access on a less crowded part of the beach, and it is located at the end of a dead end street. We travelled with my sister’s family, my parents, and our family and the layout was ideal for all of us to sleep comfortably and also have our own space with the upstairs having an additional living area. The pool area was nice, but could be updated a little with painting the pool and lights outside to use the area after dark. The grill has also seen better days. These are minor things and did not stop us from the enjoying the week. We would love to come back and rent again next year.

Family-owned house since 1974. We pride ourselves on having on our roots in the low country since the 1800's and owning this house on HHI for decades. My grandfather was one of the only law enforcement agents on the island in the 50's and 60's where he patrolled the island on horseback. We currently live in Roswell, GA and don't get to our "slice of heaven" enough, but enjoy sharing it with other great families through rental.

This house is steps from the best beach on the island and is truly a beach house. Come unwind in a comfortable space where you don't worry about a little sand on your feet or lime on the counter! The backyard has the most amazing live oak tree that sets the scene for a relaxing swim in the private pool followed by an amazing hot water outdoor shower.
