Cole's Condo: Comfort, Cozy, Convenient

Thank you for bringing the linen and towel odors to our attention. Our property care team has been notified and is correcting the issue so future guests enjoy a fresh, clean stay. We're sorry it took away from your trip.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, especially the cleanliness of the bedrooms and floors, the condition of the pool, and the stained bedding. We completely understand your concern about allowing your children in the pool and apologize for the inconvenience of having to purchase replacement sheets. We also apologize for the disruption caused by the noise from neighboring guests and the barking dog. While we cannot always control the behavior of other guests, we understand how frustrating it is when it affects your ability to sleep. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We will be reviewing them with our cleaning and maintenance teams so they can be addressed. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us improve the experience for future guests.
