NEW Luxury Beach Penthouse ~ King Bed ~ Ocean View

A modern, cozy and freshly renovated large beachfront penthouse on Bávaro Beach with ocean views of the Caribbean’s turquoise-colored waters. Renovated in January 2022, we added a modern open kitchen with new appliances, refreshing AC and modern bathrooms.

The space features fast wifi, a dedicated office space, a King bedroom on the first level, a Queen bedroom upstairs, a private rooftop terrace, a stunning balcony w/ grill, and several 4K LED TVs with access to Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, etc.

We just renovated every single aspect of this apartment in January of 2022, where our favorite changes were: an open kitchen concept, top-of-the-line air conditioning units, and modern bathrooms. We basically tore it down to its concrete walls and floors and then rebuilt it with exceptional functionality and elegant design in mind.

The result was a crisp all-white, modern space that provides everything you need for a relaxing and romantic beach holiday in the heart of Punta Cana. Of course, we also welcome Work From Home (WFH) professionals who need a change of pace. This is why we have opted for a designated office space, with an office chair and fast, unlimited wifi.

Whatever brings you to Punta Cana, welcome!

Once you are here, you will have a variety of nearby bars and restaurants within walking distance. Feel free to leave the car parked and enjoy short walks along the beach! :)

I had some health issues while I stayed here, I wasn’t able to enjoy the facilities. It is a beautiful condo with a fantastic location.

Great vacation (but be aware of noise and seasonal seaweed)

We visited April 2023. Michael was an excellent host and did his utmost to resolve issues and make our stay as wonderful as he could. The unit is lovely and as shown in the pictures with a private large deck and comfortable beds. It is part of a safe and secure complex. There was a delay in getting access, but with a call from the host, it was all sorted. The property and pools are well maintained. There is a swim up pool bar, but it was closed during our visit (open during high season). Steps away is a little grocery store and awesome restaurants. There were two disappointing aspects. First, the noise. The upstairs bedroom faces the street and the nightlife is LOUD. At best it ended between 10-12pm, at worst 3am. Earplugs are a must and luckily the couch is comfortable to sleep on… For the downstairs bedroom, this was not an issue. The second issue was the seaweed. It was often stacked high on the beach and filled a portion of the swimming area. For a few days they were in the middle of cleaning it so on top of the 4 ft of seaweed were garbage bags filled with it…and the smell… I understand this is seasonal in Bavaro, but we walked for many kms in both directions, and the seaweed at this complex was by far the worst. All that said, we walked and found other places to go for a lovely swim! There are some public ones a short walk away that are better maintained. We also did day trips to Macao Beach and Bayahibe Beach which were both beautiful and seaweed/smell free!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

The pics do not lie! Beautiful unit and community! Unit clean-spotless, beds very comfortable…Communication is key and this owner was the Best…answered all questions and concerns promptly. He also gave us awesome dining recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed the community!!! We felt very safe exploring the area and are planning to return sooner than later!

Lovely condo

Beautiful refurbished condo. Lots of towels/linens. Excellent well stocked kitchen. New appliances. The Vasquez family were very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had through our stay. Secure complex with busy neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants, a bakery, and grocery steps away from entrance. The grounds are so nice and well maintained. Friendly complex with mix of renters and owners present. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return
