Everything was wonderful. What a great view of the Gulf super convenient to have the boat right across the street. Would highly recommend this house.

Mrs. Jina is a pleasure to talk to and is super welcoming. This is the second time we have stayed here and both times she has been awesome. On this trip, I asked if there was an air fryer in the home, she said, “No but there will be one there when you get there.” That’s the kind of hospitality you can expect. The rooms are big and well furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with a huge pantry for big families like ours. The seating and common spaces are comfortable and plentiful. The ground level has a pellet grill and an ice machine plus a room with beach chairs and toys that you can use. And even though the road leads to a public access, there was very little traffic and no crowd on the beach whatsoever. Overall this is a great property and at good value compared to others. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The layout was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the large gathering spaces for playing games and eating. The house was well-stocked and clean. It was a fantastic location, only a short walk to the beach and great view of boats coming into the marina.

The house was beautiful!!! We had a great time with friends, enjoying the outdoors and indoor. Cooked some amazing meals in the well equipped kitchen. Would definitely book again.

This house is beautiful! The open kitchen and den provided a lot of space. The bedrooms were very nice. We spent most of our time downstairs being so close to the canal and enjoying the gulf breeze. We were not there long enough to fully enjoy all the deck space, but there was plenty of it. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Pellet grill and fryer were awesome for cooking. House was beautifully decorated and plenty of room.

Great location, house is amazing and VERY well (amazingly!) stocked.

Owner was extremely easy to communicate with! Home is very spacious and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable!!

Comfortable & Great Location!

This was our second stay at this property and it was perfect again. Very spacious and comfortable and the location is perfect for boat and beach access. The kitchen was also stocked with all our needs. No disappointments!!

Best house. Best stay.

The most accommodating vacation house. The kitchen, dining & living area was spacious & comfortable with lots of relaxing furniture. The outdoor space was so comfy & spacious too. The best equipped kitchen ever! The owners took good care of us. The beach was not crowded. We will be back!

Junior High School Spring Break

Jina was GREAT! I was a nervous wreck when I realized how nice and beautiful this home is…I booked it based on the amount of people it accommodated. I messaged Jina at check in about by nervousness and she put me a bit at ease concerning her beautiful home, however I still had 8 teenagers. 😬 Everything went well! and we enjoyed her nice spacious home! It was a great spring break for all! Thank you Jina! 😊❤️

Awesome stay at Mermaids 3

This is a great house with all of the amenities you need. It is a short walk to the beach-3 minutes. The public access there has bathrooms and an outdoor shower and faucet. The beach never had more than 30 people on it and it was the week following July 4th!The house has everything you need. There is a Traeger and small fryer as well as an industrial ice maker down stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the common areas are wide open. The bedrooms are roomy and plenty of bathrooms. We had 12 people, including 4 toddlers, and never felt like we were on top of each other. Mrs. Jina is awesome to talk to and makes you feel super welcome. We loved this house and hopefully will stay again.

AN AMAZING BEACH VACATION

I can't recommend this place, enough. The house was beautiful. The beds were comfy. It is super clean and roomy. There is a lot of wonderful outdoor space, but it was too hot and muggy, so we lounged in the livingroom (the couches are really comfortable) and enjoyed the AC. It's a short walk to the beach (there is a golf cart to get you half way). The kids flew kites in the backyard and rode bikes (provided) on the rode out front. The owners/hosts were AMAZING! They truly went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous vacation. The men and the kids went on the deep sea fishing excursion. They had an amazing time. Another day, they took us on the tritoon and we went to the shallows near cape San Blas to swim and snorkel. So much fun! Jenna and Darryl are amazing people. 5 stars is not enough. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Not as advertised

Beautiful home. Easy access to beach. Well stocked. Problems—The owner came to the house to ask to use the downstairs bathroom on second day. Another owner showed up and we told him about a wasp nest in that same bathroom and he said he would address it but he was irritated by our request. Got text and asked if owners husband could access the fishing closet on the bottom floor. I thought no problem. He came next am at 5am and took two hours loading his boat for his side hustle—a fishing expedition co. Guests on the boat used the bathroom and left beer bottle in the bathroom. They woke up our grandkids at 5:30 getting ice for their trip. Then they used the shower in that bathroom when they got back. They came back and did the same thing the last day of our stay but the owner said they wouldbe quiet. If you see the vrbo ads with Nick Saban—this is exactly what we experienced and vrbo says they don’t allow shared spaces. Also no wifi, no internet. It’s not that it wasn’t working, they don’t have it and they advertise they do. NO smart TVs. We were busy at beach but couldn’t access programs at night. Owner said we have dish tv. I think you should advertise that. No bikes. No fire pit. No coffee maker. We had ten people and all they had was a Kuerig for individual cups. That would be fine if the listing didn’t tell us there was a coffee maker. We went and bought one. Home is beautiful and spacious. Would just have preferred to have it to ourselves.

We had a fantastic stay! I highly recommend this home! It had everything we needed and more. We watched waves and gorgeous sunsets from the back deck. Communication was great. We'll be back!
