Short walk to the beach Dog friendly too! Docking for boaters!

Welcome to our cozy cottage, canal property. Gorgeous marsh view from the front porch. Fenced in yard for the pups. Dock your boat outback and be just three minutes from the intercoastal waterway and 10 minutes to the inlet to the ocean. Two Kayaks at the house for your enjoyment. Beach lovers we are the ninth house down the block from the beach access so just a short walk. Swordfish Drive also takes a turn and parallels to the ICW. A great place to walk the puppies. Just beautiful at night. (pet fee required) We have added an OUTDOOR SHOWER for the new season!

Upstairs living area with 55 inch smart HD TV. Downstairs living area has sitting room, (no steps to enter the ground level) table and chairs for cards, games, puzzles etc. 50" TV, DVR, VCR and t DVDs available. Free high speed internet.

An upgraded two zone central heating and air system with dehumidifier. Both master bedrooms have king-size mattresses. Third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed. Downstairs family room has a full size convertible couch. Also a chair that converts into a twin size bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and stocked with dishes, pots pans, stockpot, gadgets and bakeware. Lots of small appliances like toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, crockpot etc. With just a short walk to the beach and the canal out back, the fun and activities are endless. Enjoy boating, swimming, kayaking( we have a kayak launch), fishing, rafting and crabbing right out your back door. The yard is fenced in with his own shade tree and deck over hanging the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill in the backyard. There’s also room to dock your boat. Off street parking for 6 vehicles plus trailer in the front.

This property is available year round. Off-season nightly rates available.

Everything about the property was perfect! House was very clean and well stocked. Location was great, easy beach access and amazing view of the marsh. Boat dock and access to the intercoastal waterway was great. Fenced yard was perfect for our dog.

Our stay was probably one of the best experiences we have had while at Holden Beach. This property had everything! It was a vacation within a vacation including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, sand toys, a dock to fish off, walking distance to the beach and much, much, more! We will definitely be back!

Family weekend stay

We were very happy about the home with access to the waterway, fenced in backyard, child toys, and very clean. The house manager and owner were incredibly nice and helpful as we prepared for the trip. They had everything you needed in the house for toddlers to enjoy!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I had the best time on our vacation at your property. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. You guys had so many amenities on hand, the home was clean, the backyard was beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings it was so peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful time and we look forward to coming back.

Great Place with Beautiful Views

We loved the close access to the beach, which was about a 5 minute walk. The house is beautiful and well kept. Plenty of room for six adults to spread out as well as plenty of space for kids to play. Our family loved the waterway access for fishing. The dogs really enjoyed being able to run around in the fenced yard. Will be returning in the future.

Love this house!

This is the third year for our family in this house . Great house always clean everything you need is there. Love the dock for the boat and the fenced in back yard for kids and dog to play safely. Great view from the front porch . Linda is great to work with .

Peaceful location

House was very clean. My two beagles enjoyed the fenced in yard. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It worked well for me, my son and his girlfriend and two dogs. I was kind of glad that my parents and grandfather couldn’t make it to this one. The only inside stairs are a very tight spiral staircase and the outside stairs would have been too much for them as well. I’d stay here again but would not recommend for the elderly.

Nice Beach House

This house had everything you could need. House was ready when promised and clean. Probably the most well-appointed kitchen of any house we have ever rented. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys if you forget your own. The beach is a quick walk up the street. The boat dock was great for launching kayaks and fishing. Plenty of parking. Communication with Linda the house manager was timely and informative. Great vacation for our family.

Great place for family reunions

Our families had three houses in Holden Beach to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Everyone was nearby and we all enjoyed our time together. Seas & Ease was well equipped and very comfortable.

This house has everything you could need!

The listing on this house doesn't adequately describe how wonderful it is. It's got everything you could need for a vacation, it's so clean and IS pet friendly. Just a short walk to the beach. Linda was great to work with and answered all my questions. We had such a good time! We will be back.

Everything You Need and More!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Holden over Thanksgiving! Our boys brought their jon boat and enjoyed coming back and forth fishing all day. The house is stocked with all you need and more that you forgot you needed! The owner and home managers were amazing!!

Perfect Location, amazing views.

House had front porch for watching the marsh and having morning coffee. Lovely view of the canal from rear porch. Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Kitchen well equipped and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental property, also better than bed at home. Great spot highly recommend.

Great clean house.

I've rented a lot of houses and this one was by far the cleanest. The kitchen is well-equipped, and easy to maneuver. It's a great house for two couples since each can have their own private space. The fenced yard is large and great for dogs.

Having the dock to park your boat was a seller for us. Don't have a boat? You can fish, swim, raft, paddle board, kayak right from the dock of your fenced in back yard.
Boat rentals and Fishing Charters available in the area.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We feel that this property has a unique location offering so many nice places to walk your puppies. Also a nice quiet road to ride bikes with the little ones. The view of the marsh from the front porch with your morning coffee is my favorite way to start the day!
