Remodeled 6 Bed, 5 bath on 15 acres!!! Owned and Operated by a Premier Host!

Simply a wonderful remodeled ranch style home nestled on top of the 15 acre oasis estate. The interior is fully remodeled with an open kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, pantry and breakfast bar, 56 inch flat screen tv in living room, reclining leather couches and refrigerated air. Home features 6 bedrooms, four which have their own bathrooms and a fifth community 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower. The oversized master suite includes its own sitting area, office work space, bay windows, walk-in closet and separate entrance. Overall, we have 3 king beds, 1 queen, and 4 twin beds. Comfortable setting for 12 guests. Each bedroom also includes satellite tv and high speed 100mb/s wifi internet. Enjoy the open backyard with propane barbecue grill and six person patio table with additional chairs provided. You may also enjoy sitting upfront under the covered patio with additional seating.

We are proudly a part of the VRBO Premier Partner family and have been successfully helping hundreds of guests throughout New Mexico enjoy their stay while on vacation or a true home away from home for the past 7 years. We're happy to have you stay in our home.

The home is 24.3 miles or a 28 minute drive to the Carlsbad Caverns National Park gate and 55.6 miles or 53 minute drive to the Guadalupe Mountain National Park.

A great place to stay for exploring Carlsbad and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Interior was clean and updated. Kitchen was very well stocked. Host communication was excellent.

Oasis Ranch was the perfect place for our family to stay over the holiday break! The layout works well for large families and the bathrooms are all very clean and each contain showers which we found useful. The house was very well organized. Adrian had thought of everything we would need and the communication was seamless. We enjoyed White Sands, Carlsbad Caverns, and Guadalupe Mountain National Parks during our stay. The property made it easy access to the national parks and I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice getaway!

Family thanksgiving

The house was wonderful for our family thanksgiving. Very well stocked and the kitchen had everything you could want or need. A great plus that we all had our own bath. Would come again.

Guadalupe Peak Trip

Very clean and updated property with nice amenities. We had a group of 7 for a week of hiking in the Guadalupe Mountains and found this to be a great place with plenty of room and just under an hours drive to the park.

Great group house on outskirts of Carlsbad

This was a great stay for us. The house had everything we needed, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and seating area. A back patio with grill was nice as well. Adrian was a very good host, easy to communicate with and helpful. We will be back!

Perfect for large group!!

Our stay was perfect! The house was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our large family. The house was the gathering location for out of town family to get ready for our son’s wedding in Lake Arthur, NM. The modern house had everything we needed and I highly recommend this listing to others! Any issues we had were addressed right away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Carlsbad getaway

Friends and I stayed at the house while exploring Carlsbad Caverns and the Guadalupe Mountains. Great basecamp for that. Be aware that the house is about 8-10 mins outside of Carlsbad, with nothing around you. Great for privacy! The house was very comfortable furnished, and we had a great time.

Carlsbad “Headquarters”

This house is unique in this area for allowing a large group (12) gather and socialize. For my student group we are able to stay together and socialize after a day of work. With the multiple bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, very convenient.

Roomy house

It was big and roomy, nice kitchen. Good front porch and patio. The floors were dirty and we found fake fingernails when we moved the ottoman. Other than that we enjoyed it.

Great Family vacation

Stayed 4 nights with our adult daughters and their families. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Loved having our 11 family members eating meals and cooking together. It was also convenient to all of our planned activities in Carlsbad and Roswell. Our only disappointment was not being able to spend time outside. Had hoped with 15 acres, the children could play outdoors and we could hang out under the stars at night. This is not a children friendly yard so it was noisy inside. Haha

Fantastic!

I have stayed in a lot of nice rental properties & this house is definitely one of the best! This was a ‘hiking’ vacation with 6 adults (3 couples) and we stayed for 5 nights. We drove to Guadalupe Mountain National Park or Carlsbad Cavern National Park everyday of our stay & the location of the house was perfect & easily accessible. It was a short, straight drive into Carlsbad & an easy 50 min drive to GMNP. The House - Thoughtful layout and furnishings! The entire home is extremely clean. Comfortable beds & living room couches! Soft & clean linens and towels. (First rental I’ve stayed in where they provided more than just 2 wash clothes per bathroom, for an extended stay. I don’t reuse wash clothes & don’t want to wash them every other day.) The kitchen is well equipped, easy to cook in, and has a lot of countertop space. Owner was always very quick to respond whenever contacted. We would definitely stay here again and have already talked about coming back!! 5🌟for sure!!

Baseball in the desert

What a fantastic experience. Ahead of booking, the host allowed us to have flexible dates for a double elimination Little League State Championship tournament. We had three families and a grandpa that split the house with more than enough room and bathrooms for all of us. Split water. Heaters meant anyone could shower anytime. We had 11 staying at one point and everyone enjoyed it! It is a massive property and in the cooler months could easily support entertaining outside, however, July is not that time. We forgot some items at the house and the host got them back to us (11 year old boys, sheesh!). The house is in the middle of the desert, away from town. You can barely hear the highway, and once inside, you can’t tell. It has easy access to the city and being away is nice. I was able to fish with my younger son on the river really easily. The water park and swim beach at the river made for cool afternoons. We will definitely re-book when having to go back to Carlsbad. Great experience!

What a nice surprise! The house is super clean, spacious. The four suite works perfectly for us 4 couples, and we even have extra two rooms in case there is a need. The supply is more than enough and very comprehensive. Bonus point, the house is beautifully decorated.
