Beautiful newly renovated spacious 4 bedroom house with a large heated in-ground salt water pool!! Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with 1 of the bathrooms attached to the master bedroom. Each bedroom has a seating area, a spacious closet and is equipped with a 50 inch smart TV. Downstairs is a large
kitchen with top of the line appliances, a dining area, a living/family room, a half bathroom and a laundry room. Outside is a beautifully landscaped and manicured backyard with a children's play/swing-set, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and the heated in-ground salt water pool.

Less than 1 mile away is East Landing Beach!! Within a 4 mile radius are many more ocean beaches and bays, including Ponquogue and Meschutt Beaches. Walk or
bike to town, 1.5 miles, where you'll find local coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream/gelato, bars, a movie theater and amazing restaurants!! Also nearby are parks, tennis courts, golf, shopping (Tanger Outlets), vineyards, marinas and fishing. Come and enjoy this quiet oasis!!

Hampton Jitney and LIRR are also nearby.

Excellent Stay

Good location for our trip to play golf and explore Southhampton. Owners were friendly and very detail oriented prior to arrival. Would certainly come again!

Weekend getaway

The property was beautiful inside and outside. The pool was clean and heated with an incredible seating area. Loved the huge table for outdoor dining. The location was central to restaurants, shopping, and wineries.

Great relaxing vacation by the Pool

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the large pool, taking morning bike rides to numerous beaches. Camille and Aandre were fantastic with very fast and accuarate information and recommendatiions of things to do in the area. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing Family Escape

This property is ideal for families! We loved having access to the beautiful swimming pool, swing set, and outdoor areas for the kids to play. The extra safety features of the pool gate, baby gate in the home, and child safety locks on cabinets and doors made it perfect for our toddlers. The pool setup was wonderful too with beautiful landscaping and a shallow sun deck for the babies to splash around. It’s a wonderful home!

The best stay in Hampton Bays

The property is immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated, well organized and the perfect location for our girl friends weekend trip. We easily travelled to wineries, Montauk, Bridgehampton and to the beach. Great local take out is also available. Our host we available to answer questions. The best stay in Hampton Bays!

The break we were looking for !

This mini-vacation was planned since march and we were looking forward to it for those many months. We always lived in an apartment so the fact that this was a big house with a pool made it even more exciting. My 3year old had a blast playing in the backyard and thanks to the nice weather we were in the pool everyday. Is the first time we did not need to go out to eat on vacation. The nice farms located near by had organic food and the grill made everything taste even better. In the afternoon we took drives to the beach to see the sunset. The house is extremely comfortable, clean and easy kitchen for the cooks of the family. Grateful we choose this house and looking forward to next year vacation here as well !! Big Thanks to the homeowners.

Fabulous stay in hampton bays

My family and I stayed at this property and have nothing but positive things to say. The location is great, on a quiet street, just a few minutes to hampton bays town center including the Good ground playground and library, and 20 mins to Southampton. You can also walk to the bay from the home which was an added bonus (the East landing bay front). The home itself is clean and organized, ready to live in. Appliances and grill work great. There is even an air fryer. Bedrooms are spacious and comfty all with TVs. The best part for us was the backyard. The pool is beautiful and owner is quick to respond if you want to heat it warmer. The landscaping is gorgeous and feels very resort-like. Kids loved the play set! The owners were very accommodating with us, and extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful which made our stay extra comfortable. We indirectly messed up our arrival time and they were extremely accommodating with us. All in all, we give a 5 star review, and we will certainly be back!

Perfect Vacation Home!

My family enjoyed this home so much for our 2 week vacation stay. The pool was beautiful, heated and gated, big backyard and swing set a plus. Home was just spacious and just as pictured. Location was great to reach ocean, bay beaches and town. Beautiful sunsets at East Landing Beach less than a mile away! Close to great restaurants too. Thank you to the gracious and very responsive owners, we really enjoyed ourselves!

Awesome experience at Hampton Bays

The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. Everything was how it looked in the pictures. We enjoyed the pool, grill, back deck, etc. The hosts were extremely hospitable, and very communicative. The location was walking distance or a short drive to a beautiful bay beach, and good restaurants. I would highly recommend! Our family had a great vacation at this property.

Great kids friendly house with pool

The house is very clean, with a large beautifully landscaped pool. The house is also kids friendly. The pool and the outdoor dinning areas are separate, so there is no need to worry about kids running into the pool while having dinner. The owner and property manager are very good in communication -- they shared lots of tips for the area.
