*There will be an additional charge of 500 dollars per Day/per night for each unauthorized guest or visitor ( not on the reservation ) or any guest/visitor that does not provide their ID prior to check-in/entry. **(If any of the above house rules are broken, the host can cancel the reservation at her discretion and her cancellation policy will be upheld). *Please note that asking the host to exceed the maximum occupancy causes an excessive amount of stress/anxiety/discomfort (as this is a strict house rule) and as a result, the host can charge a fine up to 200 dollars for the inconvenience of being asked.

*The host is authorized to shut off the main valve and drain exterior pipes if upcoming temperatures risk freezing pipes. This would require quick entry into the gate.
