We loved this cute two bedroom condo with a big yard for our dog. The location was quiet and easy to get to. We walked down to the beach and found a nice trail along the coast. The condo was well stocked with everything you need and bathroom came with shampoo/conditioner and soap.

Much nicer and cozier than the on line photos!

We loved our stay and the home was more adorable than the on line photos show. It is perfect for any dog with a great enclosed and safe yard. The neighborhood is super quiet and the location is close to everything!! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

It was a good place to stay, the inside was fairly clean, carpet could’ve been cleaned. The outside entrance wasn’t tidied up. There were no landscaping maintenance. It could’ve been much nicer.

Great 1st time with VRBO

We wanted to escape the triple digit weather at home and looked for somewhere to go that was cooler. Our family has never been to Pismo so we searched that on VRBO and found your property. With a 19 & 17yr old being crammed in hotel room can be hard so finding a house with space for everyone and also a little yard for my pup. We still enjoyed walking the neighborhood but the outdoor space was great for early mornings. I would have given the cleaniness 5 stars but the outdoor furniture towards the back was too dirty to use. Everything else was perfect and I'm so happy that our 1st experience with VRBO worked out!

The property was okay for my purposes (waiting for renovation on my home). However, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the duplex. For instance, there was a strong, musty/dog smell that didn’t go away and the bottoms of my socks would be filthy by the end of the day from walking on the floors. The kitchen was stocked with very cheap amenities. All of the glasses were actually plastic, there weren’t enough forks or spoons, and there was no Keurig, just a Mr. Coffee that leaked grounds into my coffee. Also the dishwasher didn’t do much at all. The Home Goods beach decor theme was very tired. Trying to communicate with the large, property management company was frustrating as the people who answered the phones weren’t authorized to make any decisions so I’d have to wait for a call back which often didn’t come so the process would start over again. It did have a good location near the ocean and downtown Grover Beach was walking distance. It is also dog-friendly with a back yard.

Pleasant location for my dog and me.

My little dog and I enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Grover Beach. The yard was fully fenced which was a must for us but the furniture was not cleaned and there was no where I felt comfortable sitting while she explored the yard. Pismo and Avila are just a short drive away and we loved exploring the beaches and parks. Both are very dog-friendly beach towns. I did not realize from the pictures or description that there were stairs inside the unit which was a bit of a challenge for me but I was able to make it work. Just be aware that if you have any physical challenges, this is not an accessible place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very dog-friendly and dog-safe rental home. The yard is very secure. Plenty of dishes, good ceiling fans and comfy beds. The neighbors are very noisy, with thumping on the floors and walls throughout the night. They parked in our spot one night, so I had to knock on their door to ask them to move their truck. The outdoor chairs (adirondacks) were very dirty. The patio set was covered so we didn't use it, which is too bad because the picture is nice. There was one washcloth in the bath linens for the two of us.
