Property was perfect for six teenage girls and six adults. Owners did a great job with communication. House was wonderful.

Perfect UO Family Gathering Home

This is a great home for large groups. The hosts 'get' hospitality, paying attention to every detail. Not cheap but worth every penny for special occasions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Couldn't have been better!!

We stayed for 4 nights and had the BEST time. Jeremy (the host) was so helpful and accommodating! The house is beautiful and in a great location. We highly recommend staying here if you're in the Eugene area!!

Beautiful home

We loved everything about our stay. Particularly loved the BINDER that had everything in one place (restaurant recommendations, procedure for recycling, etc). The home was lovely. The hosts were communicative, friendly and very organized. Particularly loved sitting with coffee in the back patio area listening to the fountain/water feature. Would definitely recommend this home as well as stay here again! Thank you.

Worth every penny

Great home, conveniently located, great owners. You cannot go wrong with this home! Easy access to downtown/campus. We where there for a track meet at Hayward Field. This is a very clean high end home. It is stocked with everything you will ever need. Owners are easy to work with and do a great job.

Tranquil Haven

We chose this home for our daughter’s college graduation and we could not have been more pleased. The home was immaculate, had exceptional amenities, and was beautifully decorated with the finest finishing. The steam shower in the master bathroom was incredibly relaxing and the kitchen area and living room were perfect spaces for family time which everyone truly enjoyed. There was more than enough room for my husband and I, our 2 teenage sons, and my 2 sisters. We were all able to relax thoroughly and also enjoyed plenty of together time as well as the occasional much needed rest time in the very spacious 5 bedrooms. The home was absolutely perfect for my 3 year old niece, with a separate spacious children’s play room with books, toys and a desk that kept her busy, happy and engaged the entire weekend. One of the things that sets this home apart is the backyard. There is a wonderful outdoor seating area with a fire table, outdoor heating lamps, an outdoor dining table, as well as a huge lawn surrounded by a koi pond and beautiful garden. Our two teenagers spent the majority of the weekend in the backyard, entertaining themselves with the provided games. The host Jeremy was very responsive, professional and pleasant and made all aspects of our stay stress free, including check in and check out. The personalize Welcome Book had all key details needed throughout the stay. We highly recommend this host. Our family has memories that will last a lifetime and we are truly grateful!

The house is almost exclusively single level with the exception of the bonus room upstairs. Only 2 steps are required to enter the front door or through the garage. The space upstairs is an open space designed with a king size bed, home gym and office.
