This property was a favorite to stay at. The details and amount of supplies available were so well thought out and seemingly endless. We were there for a hula competition so were on a very intense schedule, and to not have to worry about basically anything was a godsend. Standing ironing board? Check. Extra fan? Check. Endless coffee, cooking supplies, reef safe sunblock and luggage stand? Check check check check, with still lots of room to store stuff. Even an hdmi cord to play our videos. Oh and, added bonus for me, the bathroom lighting was excellent for putting on that stage makeup!The hosts checked in with us frequently with the intent to ensure we had a smooth stay as possible. Location, parking, check in and pool were wonderful. Sunset from the beach just across the property was stunning. We would absolutely stay again. Mahalo Sylvia and William!

Wonderful stay!Sylvia was so wonderful to communicate with which made planning our trip easy and efficient.The condo was a very clean and cozy place to call home for our vacation. Everything we needed was provided such as towels, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen supplies and gadgets etc. Kamaole sands property is clean and so well maintained. Absolutely would stay at this specific condo again, and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same!Mahalo!

The condo was in great condition with a great location close to pool overlooking resort grounds and pool. All essentials were on hand, as well as beach needs such as coolers, boogie boards, towels, etc. Owner was always accessible to speak to.

Great place!

We were very happy with the condo! Very roomy, pull out couch was comfortable, pool and hot tub were very good! Proximity to beach and restaurants was very good!

Wonderful place

Wonderful property right by the beach short walk just across the street. Beautiful view. Property was clean. Wluld definitely stay here again.

Vacation in Maui

I loved the condo. Everything was clean and inviting. The property is beautifully maintained with friendly staff. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The condo is in a really great location for beach access and close to the pool area and barbeque grills. The property grounds are beautifully manicured as well. The condo is very nice and had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer was an added bonus. There were also beach chairs and a cooler for your use. We felt very comfortable staying there. The location is close to shopping, grocery stores and the beach parks. It is a few miles to Wailea Mall and nice restaurants. We visit Maui twice a year and always enjoy staying at Kamaole Sands Resort.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Our host was wonderful and available if needed. Because everything we needed was available to us in the unit, we did not have to call for anything.

Great location

Great location, very responsive host when issues identified, allowed early check in, lots of extras provided such as beach chairs, sunscreen, etc. No central AC and unit in master bedroom is noisy making it a bit difficult to sleep so just used fans and was ok.

I have visited Maui maybe 10 times. By far the best experience I have had in lodging. Owner is super. Well-maintained, nice equipment and furnishings. I almost hate to leak this out because I will go back in the future-bad to have to compete with other guests. Can't add enough superlatives Howard

Felt like home away from home

Perfect location in the Kamaole Sands complex with a nice view. We appreciated the very comfortable king mattress and all the amenities for the showers. We both read books we found in the cupboard and I love that books are left to share. It made it feel very homey. We were able to cook and enjoy the bbq with kitchen supplies. My husband and I both hope we can come back to this condo. Sylvia was always quick to answer any question and it was nice not to use a big rental agency. You can tell Sylvia cares about her place and making it comfortable. Mahalo for sharing, we hope to come back again and again!

They literally thought of everything!!

We visit Maui several times a year and always stay at the Kamaole Sands. It’s our favorite location and property. This was our first time staying in this unit and it far exceeded our expectations. The owners were wonderful and thought of everything we might need. There were too many extras to list, but there were toiletries, laundry soap, shampoos, and even sun block available for our use. We usually have to make a run to the market for all of these items, but they were all provided for us and readily available. The unit was clean, and very comfortable. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future. The owners were easily available for any questions or concerns and very kind! Perfect location in Kihei

First of all, our hosts were amazing and so easy to deal with - they almost feel like family. This nicely decorated condo is clean and very well equiped from cooking utensiles, even a Kuerig machine and personal water bottles to snorkelling gear and new Tommy Bahama chairs to shampoo, body lotion and laundry soap. The king bed was especially comfortable as well as the couch which was great for snoozing. Having two bathrooms was convenient and the apartment is a perfect size for 2 to 4 people. Our parking spot was close and convenient and was completely shaded during the heat of the afternoon sun. Kamaole Sands condo complex is right across from Kamaole Beach number three, close to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of central Kihei which we appreciated. The beautiful tropical gardens had pathways around flower beds, water features, and numerous BBQ gazebos. The BBQ's were cleaned every night. Although we had a peak-a-boo view of the ocean, we liked being set back from the road and close to the pool and pond. During morning coffee or evening meals on the lanai, we enjoyed watching children play on the extensive grassy area. Speaking of families, this is a great place for families and we felt compltely safe. We loved the foliage shading the bedroom window and the lanai was shaded throughout the day. Activities include a gym, ping pong, fuseball, an activities desk, tennis and pickle ball, a beautiful pool and two hot tubs. Loved it!

So much fun!

We had an amazing time on our vacation in Maui, and staying at this accommodation was the cherry on top. Great location, clean, and the hosts were easily accessible! Would definitely recommend!
