Ogunquit is one of my favorite places in the world and the Ogunquit House doesn’t disappoint!

The Ogunquit House has every amenity you’ll need for a fantastic, stress-free stay. The location is great, the house is stylish, comfortable, and immediately feels like home. So grateful that pets are welcome and even more grateful that any pets from prior visits left no trace.

Nick's place is amazing, it is the most well stocked and thoughtful place I have stayed in. We didn't drive once we got there, everything was walkable.

Ho Hum

The property is perfect for enjoying all that Oqunquit has to offer. You are close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The home is comfortable and has all the amenities you need.

Great location

This house was perfect for our needs. It was right in the center of town, walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach. Nick was super responsive with anything we needed. The house was stocked with essentials, which was great! The beach wagon/floats were hugely helpful to have! My kids loved the hot tub, and the putting green. Atari was a fun add on too!

Wonderful stay at the Ogunquit House

Everything was perfect for us grandparents with our 2 toddler grandchildren for the week! Was missing a beach umbrella but we were with friends that had one. Enjoyed the Putting green in the backyard but the charcoal grill was a little small for all of us to cook on. All & all very enjoyable!

What a wonderful place in Ogunquit!

The Ogunquit House was simply spectacular! The property is gorgeous - so many wonderful amenities at the home and the location is just perfect! Impeccable clean, well stocked, and very welcoming… It has everything you need and more! We walked to everything. The beach really is a 5 min. walk. My favorite was walking Marginal Way to Perkins Cove and back every morning. The scenery is never the same but ALWAYS gorgeous! Even though so close to everything when you are inside you do not hear “outside noise”. The host could not have been more responsive, nice, and accommodating! I can not wait to go back. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Thanksgiving in Ogunquit

Magical. Our family describes our stay as epic! Location, location, location. Down the street was the center of town. Short, enjoyable walk to the beach, where the sound of the waves is good for the soul. The accommodations were welcoming, comfortable and super clean. Where can one sit in a hot tub and get out and putt some golf balls - during the winter? The owner, a great host, reached out to ensure everything was going well and made him self available if there was a question or concern. Which there were none!. Definitely on the bucket list for the summer - yard is so inviting to relax in and need to check out all the shops and restaurants when open for the season. If you want to be in Ogunquit, this is the place to be!!

Light Sleepers - Beware

This property is centrally located in town but it is sandwiched between 2 restaurants. Less than 100 feet away is Mainestreet, a night club that features drag shows on Friday and Saturday nights. You can hear the music and feel the base from 11:30 to midnight on Friday and Saturday. We were there in mid to late May. Then there is the matter of the beds. Insanely hard foam with virtually no give. Not much better than sleeping on the floor. The property is clean and tidy. But there are 17 steps up that you will have to navigate with your luggage. This is not clearly described in the listing. And although it is dog friendly, there is very little grassy area to walk your dogs. I doubt I would rent this again.

Hi Sydney, I’m sorry to hear your experience was unpleasant. I provide fans in all rooms to help buffer any noise that may come along with being located in the center of the village. As for the beds, they are brand new tempur-pedic mattresses and I apologize you did not find them comfortable. I do feel the need to point out a few facts regarding your not so pleasant review. You stayed at my house 1 week ago and mentioned nothing about the beds, noise or steps. You actually wrote a great review in our guest book! The staircase along with other information including the property’s address (which you asked me for as well) is all mentioned in the rental agreement which you signed. I also mentioned to you in my welcome message upon your check in “access to the building is past the putting green and up the large staircase”. I also mentioned the yard was under construction (hence the limited yard space). I apologize you missed that information. I’m committed to being a responsive and helpful host and will do anything I can do ensure your stay is worth while and memorable. Next time you have issues I suggest you reach out because it’s my number one priority to ensure you enjoy your stay. Again I’m sorry you did not enjoy your time at the Ogunquit House.

Christmas by the Sea at Ho Hum

Nick is a wonderful host. The house is just as advertised and it’s clean and beautifully decorated. There were even two decorated Christmas trees! The location is perfect; walking distance to everything in town. The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk. I can’t say enough good things about this rental!! ♥️♥️♥️
