Fully equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, floats, flippers, board games, pool table, dart board, basketball hoop, volleyball net, porch swing, hammock, fire pit, a slide into the river and a gazebo with a dock overlooking the river, this home is the perfect vacation spot to enjoy real Florida.

We had a large group and it worked well for us. We brought our own kayaks and canoes but they had some there. The house could use a little love but when renting out your property and so many inconsiderate people I’m sure it’s impossible to keep everything in perfect condition. I would definitely go back.

What a Great House

We went for my husband’s 50th birthday. Easy check in . We comfortably had 14 people stay at the house. Beautiful house. Great communication. We would definitely rent and stay here again.

Multifamily spring break getaway with the kids

We came for a spring break getaway with 4 adults and 5 kids (age 7-14). Although the house is a little dated, it is functional and easily accommodated all of us, it could have slept 14. The location is fabulous, right on the river, and there are tons of toys to keep everyone occupied inside and outside the house. Would defintely stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend on the River!

Big house with plenty of space for large family. The paddleboard, kayaks, the dock with slide, it all got used and was wonderful to have. Wi-fi and all electronics worked well. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We did run low on Toilet Paper, paper towels, and bath towels. Great location - grocery stores nearby and the 4 hour River float ends right before this house! It was really a great spot. :-)

Memories to last a lifetime!

This house was so perfect! Enjoying the beauty of the Rainbow River but truly you dont have to even leave the house. The swimming right there is amazing! They have so many toys / rafts etc. We paddled, floated, and made the best memories! My children cant stop talking about it. I will be booking again and making this an annual tradition for my family! Plus the house has so much space and bathrooms so enjoy it with other families / friends!

Perfect accomodations for a great family vacation!

The property is very accommodating. Everything you need to float, kayak or paddle board on the river is provided, including life jackets. Everyone in our group (from 19 months to 80 years) enjoyed time in and/on the water! There is a large variety of games and cards available. Kitchen has plenty of silverware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. In addition, there are plenty of reusable water bottles to take on the river, as disposable water bottles are not allowed on the river. There is a coffee station with both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Dining table seats 10 comfortably and two bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a table on the porch that seats 4 and additional seating as well. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. There are plenty of towels provided, extra linens and a washer and dryer. Overall, great accommodations! We enjoyed our stay!

Wow!!! Amazing house on the River. Were used to taking river trips, and bringing all the things we need but we over packed on this trip because they had EVERYTHING we needed for a weekend on the River. The host was very quick to respond , and made the check in and check out process super simple. The waterslide out back was a blast for the kids, and adults. Awesome shallow sandy area to hang out by the dock, and all the games, kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes you could need for the river. Had a great time fishing catching bluegill and bass! The perfect house for a Rainbow River trip, and Walking distance to swampys restaurant. We couldn't have asked for a better spot on the river. Added bonus: every room had its own bathroom so it made traveling with a group much easier.

beautiful setting, spacious home

Fabulous location right on the rainbow river. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lots of kayaks and paddle boards for use on the river. Lots of great outdoor seating by the river. Inside the home was very spacious for 7 old golfers. Bedding was good, a/c was effective. Owners were helpful as needed to figure a few things out about the tv and kitchen. Will stay there again soon. Great restaurant, Swampy's, easy walkiing distance.

River Haven was everything I expected it to be and so much more!!

I rented this home to celebrate my 17-year old son’s birthday with friends. It was everything I hoped it would be. This home was spacious and comfortable. It had fully stocked bathrooms with towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had everything you need, including spices! All you have to do is a quick grocery run and your set for your river stay. We had everything to keep us entertained: the gorgeous spring in the backyard, kayaks, SUPs, water trampoline, board games, pool table, dartboard, fire pit, and nice televisions with streaming options. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer and hope we can return in the near future. Communication with the owner was on point. My only complaint was that the people who stayed in the home before us left a lot of trash bags in the front of the house that were quite and eye sore
