Modern High-End Villa on the waterfront, located on Jolly's Harbour's South Finger. This villa has just been redone in beautiful Italian finishes with breath-taking views across the water. The large extended outdoor covered deck is perfect for al fresco dining, while also providing a spacious area for sun lovers. There is a private parking space at the entrance to the villa and 2 bicycles for your use. As you pull up to the villa there is a private parking spot in front the property for your use. You enter through the spacious open-concept kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you could need, just like being at home.
There is an attached table/ breakfast area with 3 chairs, which could also be used as a work space. A half bath is also on this lower level.
As you continue through the open living area, complete with TV and cable channels, you step out onto the extended outdoor deck, which gives a perfect sense of indoor/outdoor living. There is a table with 6 chairs for your perfect tropical al-fresco-style dining on the waterfront. Further out onto the deck are 2 sun loungers and an open area for sun lovers.
Upstairs are the two queen-sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The villa is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans.
To fully explore Jolly Harbour and its surroundings, we recommend hiring a golf cart or rental car from our partners at Sunny Rentals Ltd. This makes it easy to access nearby beaches, restaurants, bars, and other local attractions.

A key fob has been provided and is attached to your villa keys. This fob is required to access the facilities. We were amazed at the upscale renovation at the Villa. It was superb and the extra treats left for us made our first night stay exceptional! Thanks so much to Iris who arranged for our golf cart rental to be there waiting we will return!

Iris was fantastic and responded quickly to a couple of issues we had, resolving them immediately. The house itself is beautiful, in one of the best positions in Jolly Harbour, with lovely views.That said, some of the fixtures and fittings have seen better days — including the BBQ, some kitchen equipment, and elements of the bathroom and bedroom furniture. At this price point, and for a property marketed as ‘high-end’, these areas could be improved.

Perfect Getaway
Lovely, clean, convenient, spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is new and well equipped, everything you want from beach to restaurants to grocery store etc., is walking distance. I'll be back soon.

I am writing this review 6 months after our stay. I was waiting to see if any other reviews appeared. The property manager couldn't do less. During our two week she never stopped by. Managed to find our own way to a musty apt, and had to wash all the linen. Incessant jack hammering in the next apt. Property manager knew them, talked to them and coordinated them to stop after we had a cow. That view of the water from the living room, imagine a large boat up in the saddle blocking the view. Many dishes in the kitchen had been put away with food still crusted.

Unfortunately, my experience with Billy as a guest was not a positive one. On the following morning of his arrival he contacted me to say he was not pleased with the cleaning and that there was very loud drilling noises coming from a villa next door. I apologized and immediately sent the cleaning lady within an hour (although the place was cleaned the day before) to ensure he was happy and satisfied.
The noises next door had only started that morning, and as this is a condo complex we truly have no control over these situations. I did however contact the builders and they advised me they would be done that day.
He returned to the villa at 3pm and the work was not complete next door, as they had to replace a large glass screen door they needed to complete this to secure the villa before the workday was over.
Billy proceeded to yell and curse over the balcony to the workers 3 villas down although they explained as soon as the door was secure they would be finished (they were not there longer than 30-45 minutes after).
He also proceeded to phone me and yell repeatedly at me and not allowing me to speak, using very derogatory language, so I advised him I would not allow this type of language or communicate with him unless he speaks to me respectfully and had to terminate the call.
By 4pm the work and noises were finished that very day.
This attitude he displayed made for a tense and stressful atmosphere, and I think it is important to be respectful of people and expectations.
I cannot recommend Billy as a guest to any host as a result of my experience.

Everything is perfect. Iris is very professional.
It is lovely property with nice neighbors and ready infrastructure - golf club, supermarket, restaurants, commercial center etc. You have a place for your yacht at your "backyard". Everything is very reasonable. You have everything for life there and with enough good quality. Thus it is pleasure to stay there, to prepare food , to walk, to go the beach - correct me if it is not the longest in Antigua) Iris is very professional and provides urgent feedback.
