Great for Family

Easy walk to the beach. Condo was very clean, has plenty of room for 4 adults. Pool is accessible to property guest only. Close to food and shops. We will be booking again!

Great place to stay for the money. Close to everything so we didn't drive the entire time after we arrived. Hosts were awesome. We will definitely be returning to HH.

August 2023 @ Surf Court Unit #1

We had a very pleasant stay Surf Court #1. What is great about this unit in particular is that it is on the side of the complex that is immediately of S. Forest Beach Dr., making it a very short walk (~ 2 minutes) to the beach access across the street. Also, it is an end unit, so there is a window on the side in the kitchen. Most of the units will only have windows at the parking lot and court yard sides. The hosts quickly attended to a couple of minor mechanical issues that came up during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

A great getaway with a great, clean location!

We enjoyed almost a week at this property for our annual adventure to find some sun in Hilton Head. The sun pulled through after some colder weather to start, and we had a great time. Overall so pros and cons to this property: Pros: - This unit was very clean. This is the most important thing to us as we certainly have rented some units in Hilton Head where things were nothing but clean. We had no issues with cleanliness here! - The location of this unit is great, less than 10 minutes to the beach, and less than 10 minutes to the Coligny Shopping/Dining area. Also the close vicinity to the new park is great! - The inclusion of a beach wagon with this unit was a great benefit, saved us from hauling one south. - The remodeled kitchen is very nice. Cons: - The listing states "completely remodeled". While the kitchen is remodeled and nice like noted, the bedrooms and bathrooms are not remodeled at all, and are likely original. They are very out of date, and the bathroom fixtures are in dire need of replacing. We went into it expecting everything to be remodeled, but it was not. - The linens are quite old, the comforter in the master bedroom is actually starting to come apart. All that being said, we enjoyed ourselves a lot, this property worked just fine, and we had a great week!

We had a good time. The property is very practical and very close from the beach.

Only negative aspect: as we were flying in, we could not bring our beach material. In th condo, there is a beach cart and beach chair. However there were no sunshade that was working. Both seems broken. Wave board would have been nice too.

Cozy and Convenient

My family and and I enjoyed another relaxing and fun week on HHI in this super cute villa! The location is perfect if you want a short walk (5 mins) to the beach or a couple blocks to all the action at Coligny Plaza. Being an end unit, it was very quiet even for a busy time of year. The villa is well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. It was very clean and quite comfortable.
