Excellent stay

Stayed four nights at this property. It was perfect quiet for our stay in Knoxville and the area.

Our host, Vincent, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the nearby attractions. We visited Knoxville Gatlinburg and the smoky mountain national forest. The property was Clean and accommodating.

Great rental for long weekend in Knoxville

My sister and I went to Knoxville for a football weekend to visit my daughter at UT. We loved this rental it was perfect for both of us to share and the location was great. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There were multiple routes to drive into campus, which was nice too. I will definitely consider renting afain!

Really clean and comfortable bed

Vincent’s place was very nice. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy. We didn’t do any cooking during our short stay but the kitchen was well stocked. Would be happy to stay here again if we are in the area!

Great short stay for business

I stayed here with my son who is almost two. The property was clean, safe, and comfortable. The host was very helpful with babyproofing the stairs. Super convenient location. Highly recommend.

Spring trip to Knoxville

We are so pleased with this VRBO option in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood close to our son’s house. The apartment was very clean— that’s my number one criteria for a pleasant stay. It was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided- even a whistling tea kettle. We had one occasion we needed to communicate with the host and he was very prompt. We have already booked our next stay in May!

Perfect

Was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to Knoxville attractions. Enjoyed our stay and property manager was quick to answer questions. Smart TV has limited selections but WIfi was excellent so we were able to stream to our devices. Would for sure stay again if in the area.

Very Clean, but no View

It was wonderfully clean, the bed was super comfortable and we appreciated a washer/dryer. TV was weird, as we couldn't get local news or weather. Smart TV'S not so great A little different as owner wasn't on site, but he always quickly answered questions. Need to check lightbulbs, too, found 3 missing or burnt out. View was boring, not really picturesque, buy neighbor hood safe and very quiet.

Comfort and Ease.

We loved our stay at this property and were impressed by the cleanliness and condition of the space. Access upon arrival was easy, communication with the property manager when we had a question was quick and thorough, and the space was ideal for three adults. We bought groceries at a lovely store within a few minute drive, found everything we needed for preparing breakfasts and snacks in the well-thought out kitchen, and slept soundly within this quiet neighborhood. The in-bathroom stacked laundry was an extra perk after a hot day at college graduation when we needed to freshen up some clothes to wear again. Thank you for providing such a comfortable property with everything we needed!
