Lake view, dock w/ pedal boat & kayaks. Private deck with large hot tub, gas fire pit, gas grill egg chair and lots of seating. In the suite WiFi, pool table, dart board, ping pong. Full kitchen with DW, full size ref w/ freezer, bar fridge with Icemaker. Big convection MWO, Black out curtains, Bedroom w/ King Bed, 42"TV, nightstands with charging ports. In LR large 55" TV w/ gas fireplace modern furniture. Large Bath DBL sinks, 48" Shower, walk in closet. Dedicated workspace with desk and wifi. 1.5 miles to I-140, 20 min to DT and Neyland Stadium. 1 mile to fast food, nice restaurants and bars, Target, Publix, Liquor Store and Auto Zone. Our home is across from Fort Loudon Lake and a boat ramp, kids playground splash pad and trails. 2 parking spaces in driveway.

Lovely vacation

We really enjoyed our week stay at this property. It had a nice view of the water as well as a porch to enjoy the evening or mornings. Would definitely stay here again.

Sweetest and most peaceful stay

I traveled here with a friend looking for a peaceful place to recharge. It exceeding our expectations and the hosts were beyond easy to work with. If I ever return to the area, it will be my go to place for sure!

We had a great stay. This is a great property with nice amenities. They included a lot of nice extras. We will stay here again if it is available. They had it nicely decorated for the holidays. Perfect get away to see family.

Great Stay!

This place was wonderful. Better then advertised. Communication was great and the owners were very friendly. Loved the place and can tell they take great pride in making it a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Very nice

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was easy to reach and convenient to both the airport and west Knoxville. We were particularly drawn to the hot tub and the nice view of the water. I will definitely be looking to see if it is available the next time I visit.

A quick, but beautiful weekend

I very much enjoyed this property. It was such a natural setting - cranes, hummingbirds, turtles, fish and a local, fluffy kitty cat were happy to present themselves.

Comfortable stay with beautiful view

We were in Knoxville for our niece’s wedding which was conveniently located nearby. This property was perfect for us. Very comfortable bed. Lots of extra touches and amenities for forgotten items (toiletries, paper supplies, coffee and spices!). Loved the hot tub at night. Great communication with the host. Would def stay again.

Nice place to stay

Very nice accommodations. Would stay here again. We didn't realize when we rented that this was actually a suite on the lower level of the owner's home. It worked out well though.

Fun Stay!

The property was true to listing and we had an enjoyable two nights. The accommodations are on the lower level of their personal residence with shared parking but was still very private! We enjoyed playing ping pong and using the hot tub. The view was really nice and the bed was super comfy as well! The owners were also easy to communicate with. We would stay again if in the area.

Awesome All Around!

Hosts were fantastic and thought of everything. House and neighborhood are beautiful and upscale; very comfortable bed; extremely sizeable bathroom and shower; nice hot tub, fire table, and variety of seating options on the deck; plenty of kitchen resources and entertainment options. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend!

My husband and I recently stayed here for 3 days. It was absolutely amazing! The place was very clean. They provide many things to do including pool table, ping pong, paddle boat, kayaks, hot tub etc. They genuinely care about their guests having a good time! We enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend!

So Much Better Than A Hotel

The title was my husband’s response after our arrival. This property was great for our trip to Knoxville for a UT football game and we are so pleased that we already have a second trip booked for this fall. The hosts gave us perfect directions and provided great accommodations including K-cups, creamers, and bottles of water. Really…this is a great property.

Lake weekend

The space was perfect, cozy and so cute! The lake was great. Our kids really enjoyed padding around and seeing the animals. The owners are friendly and extremely quick to respond to any needs. And they have great taste in football teams. GBO! 😉

Relaxing

We are residents of east TN and were looking for a place to getaway from the normal routine of home/work/home/work. This place was perfect. It's convenient to do just about anything you would want to do. Movies, dinner, shopping and much more.

Just what we needed

Cute unit which has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourselves for a weekend or longer. The location was great for our purposes and area amenities and restaurants didn’t disappoint. We loved the fire place and hot tub during our stay (it was cold!!) but we could have just as easily enjoyed the other porch amenities in better weather. Great option for those coming to Knox county and don’t need or care to be downtown.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at this property. The hosts are great when it comes to communication and over the top when it came to being accommodating when I thought we had an issue prior to arriving that they made me feel was NOT an issue. Very kind and I appreciate them so very much. Try to make time during your stay to sit out on the balcony to take in the view and the quiet!!!!

July 4th

Great host. First time we’ve stayed in a suite with owners above. The lake water is not connected or accessible to the main lake. However does makes for a very quiet cove with no boat traffic if that’s what you are looking for. Could see plenty of fireworks from back deck. Location is convenient to restaurants and lake parks. Inside house is roomy for 2-3 people and clean with all the basic necessities. Only thing would change personally would be dock area and better swimming from dock, shallow and muddy around the dock.

Cozy, fun and awkward

The place is cozy, we had fun playing pool and sitting in the hot tub and watching the fireflies. The awkwardness comes from the part that it is not mentioned that this property is part of the main house. It is in their furnished and finished basement. Also, no private or easy access to the lake. This place has stairs going down to the property. It is does not accommodate diabled people. It can sleep 6 but there is ONE bathroom and will be very crowded. The hosts were nice and informative when asked about a steak house. It would ha e been nice knowing we were their for our anniversary that they did something a little nice. If it were me that was the host some chocolate and bubblies would have been a nice added touch.

Private slice of Heaven

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet and the space was clean and cool, which made all the difference in the heat of summer. The decor on the patio and inside was so cute and homey, and the bed was so comfortable that I had to set alarms on vacation just to be sure I didn't stay in bed the whole time. Down the stairs on the deck, you have access to a sloped green yard that fills with beautiful lightening bugs at night and a dock with a pedal boat and two kayaks that will take you around the private section of the lake the house is on. I saw a neighbor across the lake catch fish, and we did some swimming/ floating in the lake as well. The deck has ample seating... A few chairs to lounge on while you kick your feet up, a table to have some outdoor meals (grill on deck), a fire pit and a hot tub. Inside you have a bedroom, kitchen, seating area for movies/ games, and a pool table/ ping pong table and dart board to pass time while the daily rainstorm passes through. You really can't ask for much more out of a lake house property- the owners really have thought of everything a lake house needs for you to enjoy your time.The property owners are wonderful and welcoming and made my husband and I feel right at home as if we were staying with family or family friends. Definitely a little slice of Heaven.

My husband and I love to travel especially since we are now empty nesters.
We are natives of Knoxville and graduated from UT Knoxville GO BIG ORANGE!
If you enjoy the boating the lakes, hiking the mountains, riding bicycles & side by sides we are a great source of area knowledge and would love to help. Dining out is also a favorite hobby of ours (and it shows :)
We have created a place we would like to vacay in and want our guests to have everything they need to rest, relax, play and enjoy their time here.

While this property is located in the lower level of a 3 story home you have no shared space the entire suite is private from the rest of the home. It has TONS of light from the windows and two double French doors that lead to your private patio. You will have your own parking in a driveway just steps to your private entrance. We are one of the few properties that has a new, nice KING SIZE bed and Smart TV in the bedroom.
The kitchen area is updated with open shelves, granite countertops, stainless appliances and lots of dishes and cookware. There is a full size Ref/Freezer, dishwasher, Bar Fridge with Ice, Air Fryer/Toaster, Microwave Convection and 2 burner cooktop. Double sink vanity and huge walk in closet as well as a magical rain shower head and hand held wand for amazing showers.

This property has so many unique benefits you likely won't find elsewhere. Private HUGE Hot Tub, outdoor fire pit, NICE gas grill, lots of outdoor seating, dock with kayaks and pedal boat (in season). Inside there is a Pool table, Ping Pong, darts, a piano and a gas fireplace!
TV in the living room and in the bedroom! The full size futon is brand new and incredible to sleep on with the plush 8 inch mattress. We have games and toys for the littles too.
You have your own thermostat so you decide what temp is comfortable for you.
Again all of this is dedicated to you no shared amenities or areas.
