Casa Oceana close to beaches and restaurants

Welcome to Casa Oceana. Located in the heart of Fajardo this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with open floor plan is the perfect vacation home. Seven Seas Beach, Bio Bay and a total of four marinas that are in this town are less than 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping plaza's are less than a 5 minute drive in any direction. Fajardo is 40 minutes to San Juan airport and metro area, 20 minutes to El Yunque rain forest and less than 15 minutes to Luquillo beaches and kiosks. Making it an ideal location to see much of our enchanted island.
The home offers great space and a nice open floor plan. You walk into a well designed living room and game area equipped with smart TV, WIFI, dedicated work space and comfortable living room. The oversized kitchen and dining area with island, stovetop, double oven, dishwasher and plenty of counter space for entertaining your group. Down the hall you have a large full bathroom with walk in tiled shower, one bedroom equipped with bunk beds, and a master bedroom with queen bed and beautiful on suit bathroom with walk in shower and jetted jacuzzi tub. The house also offers a dedicated workspace off the main living area. In unit washer and dryer are available during your stay.
Off the dining area is access to the outdoor living space. Here you will have access to the yard, BBQ, additional outdoor dining space and other amenities.

Please remember this is an island and electricity may fail on occasions. Although we hope this will not happen during your stay , it is unfortunately out of our control.
We are proud to keep a clean home, however it is normal to find insects in this tropical environment.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and spacious. It was well kept and interior felt fairly new. We would recommend.

Fantastic place

This house was perfect! It had everything we needed! It is a gorgeous house and the bathrooms are incredible. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast outside at the table every morning and there’s a great bakery only a few blocks away. It’s a great central location for the beaches, El Yunque and tons of restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would totally recommend staying here!

PERFECT HOME AND HOST

Booked as a couples get away to immerse ourselves in the Puerto Rico culture. Couldn’t have picked a better home or location for our goals. Very safe neighborhood and clean home. The host was very communicative on check in to assure everything was well, and the status of our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this property and host.

What a beautiful home. Luxurious bathrooms. The ceiling fans and air conditioning kept us nice and cool. We had a quick drive to the spectacular Seven Seas beach. We had some amazing dinners from restaurants that the owner recommended. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We loved it everything worked good and it was about the right size. Enough room even with the 2 queen beds in the room and spacious bathroom and small kitchen! We will book here again if we come back. The beach towels were very appreciated!! Also the neighborhood was very quiet and your kind of upon a hill by yourself anyways.. Thanks to the host!

A fantastic place to stay in Fajardo

The Barrio Pueblo is a home in a Fajardo neighborhood. It is a clean, modern home with a large kitchen area, living area, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The hostess provided many essentials and many other items that made our stay there. It was even nicer than what I expected from the pictures, and overall an excellent experience!! Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home. It helped make our stay in Fajardo fantasic.

Perfect Location

The house is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do! It was very clean and accurately described. I stayed with 2 other friends and technically 6-7 people could fit in the house but it seems better for slightly smaller groups. We had some issues finding the house but called the host and she told us exactly how to get there. She was very helpful all week!

The home was beautiful and clean and came with everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. Walmart was just about 12 minutes away to buy groceries. Burker king was 5 minutes away. Communication with owner was great. Answered any questions I had.

Awesome property

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was close to beaches, shopping, adventures and about a 50 minute drive into San Juan. My visit was enjoyable with my friends and the property is nice. The property owner was easy to reach when we had an issue getting the keys out of the lock box and she accommodated a late check out for my group as we had a 7pm flight out. The neighborhood was quiet and outside patio area was nice and cool for hanging out in the evenings. I would definitely recommend checking out this location if you are in the area. Thank you Elisa <3

Spacious, comfortable home a short drive to beaches and national forest.

One large bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom with bunkbeds, second bathroom, rollout couch. Tiles throughout. Very clean with modern kitchen. Outdoor patio space and lovely garden. One car parking. Lively neighbourhood with similar houses. Air con with individual room control. Best beaches were Luquillo and Seven Seas. Fajardo Park and night kayaking to witness bioluminescence close by and together. Half hour to El Yunque tropical rainforest for hiking, viewing waterfalls and visitor centre. We enjoyed all these attractions, some more than once.

This home was beautiful, wonderfully cool during the UNREAL heat of June, and just perfect with terrific amenities like robes, scented candles, plastic ziplock bags, wine/can openers, towels for the beach, etc. The immediate residential neighborhood was just fine but right outside it was a bit sketchy with no way to walk to the downtown area which I would consider safe. If you have car this is not an issue at all.

Nice place to stay

To start, I would clarify that this listing needs to be cleaned up. There are only 2 bedrooms. 1 with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed. The photos are tricky because they show the queen bed with a couple of different spreads, but there is just one room with a queen bed. There is also a futon that sleeps two in the living room. Despite saying it sleeps 7, there are only beds and dishes for a total of 6. Fortunately we were only a party of 6.We really enjoyed our stay here in Fajardo. Good AC, nice bathrooms. Very clean. My son was so excited that there was a basketball court in the neighborhood that we had to buy him a ball at Walmart. There is a nice bakery at the other end of the street too. It's not a high end neighborhood, it's a regular Puerto Rican neighborhood, but it was nicely furnished and felt like a 4 star hotel inside. We experienced the island wide new years power outage during our stay. We were able to still cook the meals we had planned using the propane grill in the backyard and had a good time playing the games at the house by candle light and the flashlight that we got at Walmart. The good news is the stores and chain restaurants all still had generator power during the blackout and we had running water the whole time. The main drawbacks were no AC and no hot water. Other than that we still had a great stay despite the outage.

Wonderful location in Fajardo

The location is perfect - it is between San Juan and the ferry used to get to the Culebra. It is also minutes away from El Yunque and Luquillo Beach. The house itself is modern and clean. The owner responded quickly to my questions and was helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood

The house was immaculately cleaned, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The small details and amenities really made for an exceptional stay, from the convenient laundry area to the wine and snack tray that the host provided. The highlights of this property include the spacious backyard and patio area, the large, fully-equipped kitchen, and the absolutely luxurious master en-suite.
