At Sandpiper Treasure, guests are treated to open spaces, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, and the luxury of being just steps from the beach. Nestled on a large corner lot in Pirates’ Beach, this home is less than a 5-minute walk to the water’s edge, making it the perfect coastal retreat.

The heart of the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space invites relaxation with two large sofas, additional seating, and a flat-screen television perched above a remote-controlled electric fireplace for a cozy ambiance. The dining area boasts a table with seating for eight, complemented by a spacious kitchen island that comfortably seats four. The updated kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a large pantry, stainless steel appliances, a double built-in wall oven, and a Brisa Vented hood above a 5-burner electric cooktop, ensuring guests have everything they need, whether preparing a quick snack or a holiday feast.

When it’s time to unwind, step into the screened porch furnished with teak tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying a cool beverage while taking in the coastal breeze. The ground-level outdoor space is equally inviting, featuring a large shaded area perfect for barbecues, a spacious outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and additional deck space with Adirondack-style chairs offering glimpses of the beach and the soothing sounds of waves and seabirds.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably. Three main-level bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed, providing restful retreats for up to six guests. A fourth bedroom offers versatile sleeping options with a twin-over-full bunk bed (sleeps three) and a queen-over-queen bunk bed (sleeps four), making it an ideal space for children or additional guests. Sandpiper Treasure promises an unforgettable beachside escape with ample space, modern comforts, and proximity to the shoreline.

Please Note:

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property.

Pirates' Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.

Loved the house and the location, but had a few problems with items inside the house. I sent notification that a return air vent filter was clogged and the filter made noise all night. The response that i got was that they would put it on the list. Since i didn't want to listen to the filter bounce around for the next 2 night, I found a ladder and cleaned the filter myself. The filter was last replaced in January of 2024. I also cleaned several other filters so my family could sleep peacefully.Also noted that the door to the kids bedroom was about to fall off of the door jamb. I was able to locate some longer screws and fixed that as well as the handle on the freezer. I was fortunate that I had the tools that i needed to do these tasks but never thought I would have to spend my time doing it.

Family Weekend

This home was perfect for our large group. The bunk room had plenty of room for all the kids. The kitchen was well stocked (I did bring a few of my favorite kitchen items and cutting board). I did like that it was all one level. The beach is just a short 2 minute walk and was enjoyed by all.

Fun, cozy winter beach getaway!

The house was gorgeous and so close to the beach. We enjoyed the spacious living area with the fireplace for Christmas movies. The bedrooms and bathrooms also provided ample space. It was just a short walk to the beach with ocean views, and we could hear the ocean on the deck. We loved it!

Nice, but could be better

The home was very nice and the location is great. We have stayed in this area before. The communication from the host/manager was hit or miss from the time we booked until we left. Upon arrival the home was unlocked. We had difficulty get the lockbox open and did not get a response to our request for assistance. The first bedroom wreaked heavily of perfume and smoke. The other rooms did not. We left the door open thinking it would air out, but it did not. When we went to get in the bed the sheets and the pillow on one side smelled strongly of the perfume and smoke. The toilet in that room was also unflushed. We had to strip the bed, go buy laundry soap, and wash the sheets before we could use that room. Management offered to send housekeeping (the only time they replied) but at that point we had already handled it. We did find trash on the floor in one of the bathrooms, and clothing left behind in one of the room dressers, but everything else was clean. The home is very nice, very spacious. It was a great space for all of family to meet and go to the beach. It is in walking distance to the beach and the area was clean. Nice area overall.

Total lack of communication by Ryson property rentals. They never responded to messages I sent.

The beach house was excellent. Ryson property rentals was horrible. No communication. The host never responded to my messages. I will never again stay in a property managed by them.

Great house/location in Pirates Beach

We had a great time staying here. It is a well equipped/decorated home that is a short walk down to the beach. There are some minor inaccuracies in the listing (type of coffee maker) and a lack of towels (which other reviews have noted) but otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would rent here again.

Perfect Location

The property exceeded all expectations. It was wonderful to have all of use on one level. The kitchen is big enough to host Thanksgiving dinner with seating to match. From the balcony you can see the waves. We had eight adults and two children with enough room for a few more. Perfectly located a few minute stroll to the sand in the best part of Pirates Beach.

Beach House

The house was pretty but not very clean, ac in the bedrooms did not work at all. We called everyday of our stay and I was told that the ac would be fixed and that they were sending someone and that never happened. We ended up sleeping on the floor in the living area where it was cooler and on the screened in porch.The dish to cook on we’re super old and scraped up. The refrigerator never did cool either. They left 6 towels for the entire stay. I was never contacted back for the ac still. We have stayed at many beach houses in Galveston and never has this issue. For what we paid the customer service should have been better.

Fantastic!

Pirates Beach never disappoints and neither did this property. Everything was as described and being just a hop and a skip from the beach front was a great feature. We enjoyed our time here and stayed comfortable the entirety of the trip. Kids loved the bunk room! Would highly recommend.

Ladies Retreat

We had such a wonderful weekend at the house. The beds were very comfortable, and the house is within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely come back again.
