The Spruce Treehouse

Born from a family dream and crafted by the "Treehouse Masters", The Spruce is a sanctuary of second chances. Reborn with fire-salvaged wood, this modern treehouse invites you to create new memories. The thoughtful, no-step main floor ensures everyone is included, featuring two queen bedrooms and a fully accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower. Lofts accessed via ladders house 2 more queen beds. Just minutes from the Smokies, it’s a dog-friendly escape where inclusivity meets nature.



The Space:

With a modern cabin feel, this dog-friendly 1382 sqft. treehouse sleeps up to 10. The main floor features 2 queen bedrooms with comfy queens, a living space with a sleeper sofa and TV for streaming, 2 full bathrooms with roll-in showers, and kitchen including a refrigerator, 4-function microwave, dual hot plate, and coffee maker. Equipped with all dining and prep essentials: dishware, cutlery, utensils, a cutting board, and both can and wine openers. Access 2 more queen beds on the lofts via sturdy wooden ladders, not recommended for those with mobility concerns. Both the loft and main floor have heating/air-conditioning. Extra linens, towels, and pillows provided.



Enjoy a covered porch with screen walls, a ceiling fan, and a large dining table or an open-air porch. Both spaces are private and filled with outdoor seating. Covered porch has traditional door width.

Guest Access:

Private Entrance with No-Contact Entry via Keycode Provided Before Arrival. Extra-wide parking space directly in front of your treehouse.



The Neighborhood:

This treehouse is settled in the trees within a gated community, Norton Creek Resort, only 15 minutes off the Parkway and 5 minutes from the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.



Getting Around:

Taxi services, Uber, Lyft (+ DoorDash, Uber Eats) are available. Downtown Gatlinburg offers trolley service. There is ample public parking available for driving around the area.



Other Things to Note:

- This treehouse is not ADA approved but designed with thoughtful accessible features in mind. Please call for more information.

- We do not allow RVs, campers or trailers on-site

- Please be aware that due to potential freezing temperatures in January and February, there's a risk of frozen water pipes.

- Please take note that bears are in the area. We do provide bear safety tips upon arrival.

- As Of September 22, 2025, Sevier County Fire adjusted their laws so that we are no longer able to have private firepits on the decks of each treehouse, only community firepits steps away from your treehouse.
