St Augustine Beach Condo is 3 mins walk to a pet friendly beach and multiple eating places including a Starbucks for your morning coffee to watch sunrises. Anastasia State Park where you can bike, watch birds and turtles and explore pristine beaches or use the "Y", is literally across the road. The Amphitheater and historic St Augustine are mins away by car. The unit is equipped for cooking, teas and coffees and filtered water - so no plastic. You are beach ready with towels and equipment.

Seamless checkin and perfect location for a nice beach vacation! This condo had all the amenities necessary to have a great trip whether it was laundry detergent, kitchen equipment, or beach supplies. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we enjoyed many restaurants in walking distance.

Amazing weekend away

We stayed at this property because we had a wedding up the block at the Embassy Suites hotel. Perfect location. The property was exactly as listed and super clean. No smoke smell, or animal smell. Thank you, again!!

Perfect condo!

Very clean, and the best stocked vrbo we've used. Only a few minutes from the beautiful beach, restaurants, Starbucks....but not nearly as chaotic as the downtown area. Check in was so easy! Owners responded to our questions. Give them a try!

Fantastic Condo!

This condo was sooo good. It was super clean, had a ton of amenities and the hosts were amazing. First let me say this is by far the cleanest most well kept property I have stayed in. The hosts made me feel at home and even had extra special touches for the puppy! It is a really short walk to the beach and a host of restaurants. If you want to go downtown it is a 15 minute drive at most. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beach walk

This condo was just the right size for our family of four and our dog. Beach proximity was the most important factor for our booking, and the location did not disappoint as the beach was only two short blocks away. One note to remember is that the access on Pope Road, nearest beach access is under construction, and therefore a little inconvenient to wash off after the beach (no showers). Also the state park does not allow dogs, but if you walk a little further down to the St Augustine Beach accesses, dogs are allowed. Overall a great experience: comfortable beds, starter supply of toiletries and cleaners, and seamless check in and checkout. Would definitely stay again!

First Time Went Well

This property is clean and nice and perfectly located and FULL amenities provided for the utmost and fabulous beach stay experience in the St. Augustine Beach FL area. The hosts are super friendly via email or text and very responsive to questions and/or concerns the same manner. My first time using VRBO, and it was a 10/10 experience.The location is a quarter mile walk to a dog friendly beach and not quite a mile walk to a pier to fish. The place provides laundry units, a kitchen with utensils, cookware, et al, and some beach going items. Bring your clothes, food and drink, sunscreen, and beachwear and go have fun!!!! Warning, some units are up 1 flight of stairs if that is a concern. Multiple units in the same area but this is one is closest to main road and the beach access.If traveling into St. Augustine downtown or historic sites, a quick drive away from the UNIT isn't bad at all. We went on a holiday weekend so probably busier than usual in downtown. Overall I'd tell all my family and friends and you reading this to book this place immediately for a nice and convenient location. Very affordable for what the host provides!!!

Paul and I are Aussies currently living in USA. My crocodile Dundee and I have been married for 50 years - to each other! We love travel and meeting new people. We originally had our home listed with a management company but truly miss interaction with our guests. We prefer the personal touch and touching base with our guests and hearing their stories. We also co- host an airstream farm stay on Eastern Shore Virginia at Cape Charles where we again meet people and share stories around the fire pit. St Augustine is much like our home in Australia so we have best of 2 worlds. Enjoy your stay with us and in our unit exploring gorgeous St Augustine Beach.

Our daughter and son-in-law found this gem of a beach area only last year. We love Europe and especially Spain and France so this combination of Tropical landscape and Spanish building influence makes St Augustine a unique place to visit and explore. We decided to invest in this stunning area. Our kids love to come and surf, and enjoy the many eating places and play places.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The best thing about our place is its proximity to the beach. We are close enough to the beach to walk to and explore either Anastasia State Park, or the pier on St Augustine Beach where you can take your fur babies, and walk down the pier and fish. You are also only minutes by car to the close amphitheater where concerts are held nearly every night. By car you are in St Augustine within minutes depending on the Lion Bridge opening where you will find numerous tourist attractions and amazing restaurants.
Our well appointed unit has little extras including filtered water to avoid plastic, various coffees and teas are also available. We have condiments and oils to help out until you are settled. We also have beach gear ready for you take to the beach.
Basically you can fly in to Jacksonville with your carry on and be ready to beach it!
