Welcome to Phoenix Orange Beach 1703, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condo that comfortably sleeps 10 guests. This luxurious condo is perfectly suited for families and groups seeking a premium beachside experience.

The Primary suite features a comfortable King bed and a private bathroom equipped with dual vanities, a Whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. In the second bedroom, there's another King bed, a 43-inch Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, offering guests a mix of comfort and privacy. The third bedroom includes two Queen beds, a 43-inch flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, providing ample space for additional guests.

The host was quick to respond to all our questions about parking and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. I was happy about the quality of knives and skillet.

Everything was great. Clean well and maintained. Air-conditioning was a champ. Beds were really comfortable. Couldn't find the sheets for the pull out couch but didn't call to ask ether. Beach was fantastic and so close.the lazy river was awesome too.

Couples annual beach vacation

This condo is gorgeous, so roomy, beautiful views, and comfortable beds. Check-in was a breeze. Liquid Life kept me updated through text messages on checking in and a list of check out rules, and send me the code for the door. I loved that! I didn’t have to go through all my things searching the code. The lazy river was great. Plenty of indoor pool area for those rainy days.

Condo was very nice

The condo was just as pictured. Balcony is fabulous! Unfortunately we would not stay there again as the beds in all rooms were very uncomfortable to the point that everyone complained about their backs hurting. The sofa was the same as well. Such a shame because the condo itself is a nice one to stay in. Just need to upgrade the sofa and matrasses.

Perfect Family condo

This property was fantastic and true to its listing. I felt well prepared with the thorough communication that we received leading up to our vacation. I felt comfortable with its cleanliness , which is very important to me! We did not have to wait for elevator use (Fall Break) and parking was plentiful in the garage. It was easy to communicate while there via text messages for any concerns. We would rent again and definitely recommend to others.

Nice Location

The property was overall a great choice. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. The lazy river is a great plus with the slide for adults and kids. The only negatives for the unit were there was VERY limited dishes well below par for cooking or storing things. Once we arrived, we were told we had to pay $110.00 to park two cars. We were told $25 prior to our travel. I would recommend this property, but the dishes need to be upgraded and stocked up. The property managers should list the price of parking up front as they know this is an additional cost for travelers

Maintenance issues

Problems with electrical outlets-many don’t work. Had a clogged toilet-no plungers in the condo. Maintenance never came. Unhappy about that.

Moldy Smell and several broken things

Negatives: The room smelled moldy/musty upon entering. Required airing out for 12+ hours. Ice machine was broken and had significant mold. Toilet in 1 of the bathrooms was broken. No kitchen towels. Dryer required multiple cycles to dry clothes. Luggage rack in master bedroom was broken into pieces. 1 light bulb in dining room was burnt.

Overall pleased

Loved our stay and would return again for sure! For our girls trip of 8, it was plenty of space, even bigger than the pics look. Well stocked kitchen sans a sharp knife and a cutting board and FYI…the brewed coffee pot uses cone filters. Bring those if you need them. Also, bring extra trash bags. No extras were provided and it wasn’t mentioned with the toilet paper and paper towels. We loved the separate ice machine and stemware! A couple of outlets weren’t working near the TV, but there are plenty of others. Great blackout curtains on the beach side and would have appreciated them in the other bedrooms. Without them, it was difficult to sleep with the main hallway lights unable to be turned off. Also, could’ve used a few extra pillows and throw blankets. The place was well kept and spotless. Whatever caused the odor in November has been resolved. There was plenty of hot water for our group size and the AC worked great too! Aside from the few items above, our stay was just perfect and we’re already trying to plan another visit.

Liquid life hard to deal with

I have never left a bad review. However, this company was very difficult to deal with. We got to the rental and all the plugs and TVs were out. Lights worked but outlets did not. Called someone they said it would not be till morning to be fixed. Ok fine. We looked around and found the breaker box and there was a breaker that was thrown. However the tvs were still down. Maintenance got there about 9ish. Very nice guys. We then received a text message the next day saying that there was scheduled maintenance that day to our unit. I responded to the text message asking when and if it could be done when we get back. I am not a fan of strangers in the room when I'm not there. I was told they do not know when they will be there and they dont care if we are there are not. They will come in and do maintenance whether we care are not. I 100% understand they have a schedule to maintain. I just requested a time frame so someone could be there. They refused to give a time fram and said they did not care if we were there or not. I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one called me back. I had to call back the next day to talk to someone. The lady i spoke with said there is nothing wrong with people coming in the unit. That maybe the previous person had a bit of a tone but their policy is that they can enter your rental at anytime for any reason. I will never rent with liquid life again

Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming to the area for over 35 years by far this was one of the best places we’ve stayed and working with Liquid Life was very easy and they had great customer service. This condo had amazing views and was very quiet . Great shopping nearby with good restaurants in the area. I definitely would recommend this condo and Liquid Life for your next vacation to the area.

Spring Break 2022

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our time here at the coast. The condo was clean and the beds are very comfortable. I normally am not one to complain, but I’ve been a bit disappointed in the response time to the water leak interruption. We arrived Friday evening 4/1. Sunday morning 4/3 around 9 am, maintenance showed up and turned off the kitchen sink. An hour later 4 fans were brought in to run. I was under the impression the repair would be addressed within 24 hours. These fans are so loud, you can’t have a conversation, watch TV, or anything of the sort. It is now Tuesday 4/5 and still no communication on resolving the issue or removing fans. We leave tomorrow and will have spent 3 of the 5 days here in those conditions. I realize it takes time to schedule a repair company, but the lack of communication is more frustrating. We traveled here with two other families and the opportunity to visit here was definitely affected by the situation. I made several calls to Liquid Life asking for updates. I never received a return call. There was never an offer to compensate for the disturbance either. So disappointing seeing as this company was referred by a local realtor friend there in OB. My hope is that the communication with the tenant and subsequent resolving of the inconvenience can be improved next time something like this happens. Thanks!

Great family vacation during spring break

The unit was big enough to accommodate three adults and two little kids. We originally booked the unit via VRBO with a private owner. Three weeks before the trip, the owner sold the unit to Liquid life but thankfully Liquid Life honored all previous agreement.If you are like me who likes to read every single review before making a decision, you are in the right place.1. Phoenix orange beach condo- three elevators got busier later in the morning (around 9 am) but we barely had to wait. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The lazy river water was colder than ideal and area had pretty limited places to sit around the outdoor pool area. Parking was easy and front desk lady was super nice. Also, having a bracelet to wear gives sense of good security. 2. Location- it's perfect. Since we have little kids, we wanted to avoid busy spring break spots and it was good choice. A lot of families. Also, super close to Publix and restaurants. We had amazing experiences of good seafood restaurant!3. Beach- beautiful. There are chairs& umbrella to rent and it was very convenient. ~ 9am-5pm for rented chairs/umbrellas.4. 1703 unit- We had some issues: a. fan was not working b. internet went out, c. any outlet in the living room wall by tv will trip the circuit and we had to reset each time). As I previously stated, the unit was owned by a private owner so the Liquid Life probably wasn't aware of them. They answered my phone calls in timely manner and provided assistance. Two times, they had to send the maintenance in. I am glad LL took care of it.If you are going to cook, make sure to bring good pans (there are plenty of pots) and extra kitchen towels. Having ice maker and Keurig was really handy. There's also blender (cheap kind) and hand mixer. There were enough bath towels for the whole family. Having washer a
