Tastefully updated 3 bedroom home with everything you need to enjoy Kent Island! All new furniture and bedding!

Home is conveniently located within minutes from Terrapin Park, the Cross Island Trail, and Downtown Stevensville. Downtown is home to a few great restaurants and has a new ice cream shop!

Other popular destinations, such as Chesapeake Beach Club, Kent Narrows, and Annapolis, are within a 10-15 min drive! Come visit us for crab season and enjoy life at the Chesapeake Bay!
The space
Our home has been thoughtfully refreshed to include everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and includes a Keurig with coffee pods.

Enjoy your daily brew on the screened lanai with your choice of comfortable seating options. The screen keeps the pests away as you enjoy the patio lights on a warm night. The backyard is equally as spacious and has a horseshoe pit. Try your luck with the provided horseshoes!

The common area includes a comfortable wrap-around sofa and a dining table with enough seating for everyone. The mounted Smart TV is for you to login with your streaming or music service of choice.

Each bedroom has a mirror in order to make getting ready for your special Annapolis or Kent Island event a breeze!

It was a really cute place and I liked the house and amenities a lot. It was pretty humid in there because the room with the bunk beds has a window that doesn't close all the way. Communication with the host was challenging - we didn't get check-in info until 4 hours after our check-in time and then only after having to call VRBO because the host didn't provide their own phone number. We never received any checkout instructions despite asking for them 2 hours before our checkout time.

Easy to reach, feels far from urban life

The home is very nicely styled and quite spacious. We appreciated the plentiful towels, dishes and glassware. The outdoor space is also generous and good for lawn games. Loved walking to the cute historic town center, too.

Charming place with an amazing screened deck

Place was clean and well furnished. Very comfortable and close to the venue where we attended an event. Meg (host) was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect spot and very clean

This a sweet little home tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. The home was incredibly clean and well appointed. We were only in town for two days and it fit my family of 4 perfectly. My only feedback is the communication with the property management company was not efficient. I received notification that my keys were ready but there was no code. Had to wait a little while to get the code. Also messaged about WiFi and did not get a response the note on the fridge with the password was incorrect. Tiny inconveniences. Lastly the home seems very damp. Thermostat was set to 65 when we arrived and humidity was at 75. Suggest a dehumidifier.

Great location!

Our family of 4 visited to attend a wedding at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. The house was very close to the venue, less than 10 minute drive. The house is cute, nicely decorated and clean. Quiet neighborhood street but close to some restaurants and shops. Our only very minor issue was that the Wi-Fi password listed was incorrect. The host was very responsive to messages and quickly provided the correct password. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, updated home close to downtown Stevensville

This a lovely, large, nicely furnished, and clean home with nice amenities, and everything on one level for easy access. The beds are comfy and bedding/towels are plentiful. The screened-in, furnished back porch is a great addition to the home, and the yard is large and well maintained. You will see lightening bugs flickering and maybe rabbits, or deer come for a visit. The neighborhood is quiet. You can walk or bike to small downtown part of Stevensville, local shops, and restaurants. Megan is a very accomodating and responsive host. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect trip

We were in town for a wedding, and decided since our adult children were also invited, that a VRBO would be more convenient and not a costly. The house was perfect for us. All three bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to venue and also close to the quaint little town. Our host was quick to response, even when my questions were trivial. Thank you.

Skip the hotels!

We were able to score this home for a wedding we were attending @CBBC. We had an opportunity to stay at the Inn for the rehearsal dinner and wedding, but knew we wanted our own place! If you're looking for a place with more room/space, privacy, and convenience to the wedding venue, churches, eateries, and bars - you'll be a 2-5 min drive from anything. Megan was a breeze to work with on booking the place, and with the check-in and check-out process. Would definitely book again!

Kent Island Bungalow!

Great place. We visited in November to see our Grandson. In the spring or summer this would be a great base camp with access to Annapolis and the bay. Clean, spacious, dryer may need a new heating element but other than that a great home away from home. We look forward to staying here again!

Great location for cozy getaway in DMV area

My friends and I were looking for cozy place for 4 adults and a baby to spend the weekend near the DC metro area, and this fit the bill perfectly. Megan was super responsive to messages and able to accommodate a request to reschedule and another one for early check-in. Would 100% recommend!

Kent Island wedding weekend

Great Place on Kent Island!

We were attending a family event on Kent Island... This home was the perfect place to accommodate us...Very Nice, clean, tastefully decorated with a Nice Eastern Shore Vibe. Close to everything with a Wonderful Screened In Porch that was a Great Place for our family to relax for some drinks after our busy days! Megan was the Perfect Host! Great Spot!
