But the entire condo is set up to help you relax and make the most of your beachfront getaway. Take advantage of the complimentary beach service to make your sandy excursions truly memorable. When you come back, set your beach towels from the day in the private washer/dryer, then settle into the comfortably furnished living room. A bonus bunk area is perfect for younger guests or a quick nap break. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. Put together delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with the full-size appliances and tools you need. Enjoy them together at the eat-in dining area, or tuck in at the breakfast bar if you're in a hurry to get down to the beach. A boogie board is provided.

THINGS TO KNOW
Complimentary beach service includes two chairs and one umbrella. It is provided from March until October. Long-term bookings are excluded.
The pool is heated during the winter months.
WiFi service may be limited in times of peak occupancy.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 12.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
