Sleeps 6, 2 Bath, Large Private Deck, Beach & Pool

2 Condos combined, 1 one with queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds, other side with Queen Murphy bed and double reclining sofa. Each condo has a Full Bath with Shower! Fridge on each side, small kitchenette on bunk side and laundry on the other. Very large private wrap around deck with seating area and grill on side of end unit. Views from deck overlooking pool and Paugus Bay. Watch the boats and fireworks from your own deck! Private Beach access right across the street!

Prices are to rent both condos together. You can open door between condos to use as one larger unit or shut the down between units to separate into 2 private spaces.

*Note: Docks/ Boat Slips are privately owned and not available for use*
We have programmed your smart lock enter code to match the last 4 of your phone # . To open the door simply enter your 4 digits code and you will hear the door unlock, to lock the door hit the lock icon once the door is closed and you will hear the door lock, no code is needed to lock the door.
Dock and trampoline are privately owned and prohibited for use by guests.

Want for nothing

Great hosts, they think of everything. If you forgot it, it’s there for you. Location was excellent close enough to activities yet far enough from the noise.

Everything we needed and more

It was clean and well stocked, my son lived the snack basket. I forgot my toothbrush but they had them. It was quiet and cozy. My son said it felt like home ♥️

Fantastic stay. Thoughtful details!

Property was very clean and perfectly equipped. So much thought was given to every detail from snacks like ingredients for s'mores to single use toiletries for uh oh moments during packing. There was a closet brimming with extra linen and towels. Everything was cozy and welcoming. My kids, ages 6 and 13, loved the triple bunk bed and swimming pool. My husband and I loved a space that was separate from kids for some quiet (difficult during our hotel travels). Cannot recommend highly enough!

Weirs Beach Cutie!

What a cute place for the 3 kids, myself, and my parents to stay on a short trip up to the Lake. The triple bunkbed was a hit with the kids, though my very tall 14 year old son would have had a little difficulty on the topmost level! The place is smaller, but has absolutely everything you could ever need in a vacation rental. The owners outdid themselves stocking the unit(s) with thoughtful items, including snacks, a coffee bar, and even disposable slippers! Communication was a breeze, and even though we had a tiny snag with our entry lock code, one quick text with the owner and it was remotely fixed and we were right on in! The beach was right across the street, and the kids and grandma enjoyed the pool together. They even have a couple of kayaks should you want to take them out on the water. Smaller refrigerators, but then again, there are two of them, so we had no problem, even with 6 people. And what a great location! We had fun playing around Weirs, as well as down the way in Meredith and then a little longer ride around the bend to Wolfeboro. You can't go wrong with this Weirs Beach unit!

Lake House Relaxation

My wife and I stayed for a week at this cute lake side house. While not on the water, which is across the street, the unit is beautifully decorated as a lake house cottage. The pool was a great plus and we spent a few days relaxing as we floated the day away. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved the condos and the host was so great. The check in was easy and the location was just perfect. We loved the extra touches in the condo, like the welcome note and the water floats. We enjoyed the pool during the day and afternoons at the beach, which is not too far of a drive. We will definitely be back. The condos have everything you need for a getaway with the family, they are super clean and cozy . We will definitely be back.

Condo was your comfortable with all the amenities and extras that you always forget to bring…power cords for phones, coffee machine that is well stocked, washer/dryer for use after the pool…location is great; short walk to Weir’s Beach, across the street from Ice Cream shop (deck overlooking Paugus Bay), and a private dock across from condo entrance to have morning coffee or watch the sun go down!!! Hosts were super responsive on questions and left a book full of suggested activities and locations. Really just a great stay! Thank you to our hosts.

Positive Hospitality

Host left snacks which the kids loved and parents appreciated so much! Amenities plentiful, including hygiene products, condiments, bottled water, coffee, creamers, linens! So many extra touches! The grill was stocked with propane! The beds we a bit rough. Could all use upgraded mattresses.

Perfect condo and location

The condo and location were absolutely perfect. My family had a wonderful time and the host had the condo stocked with everything we could possibly need! We could see the fireworks from Weirs from the porch! Awesome time!

Peaceful, serene, & relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at the condo!! The condo is super-clean and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. There’s plenty of comfy seating inside the unit and outside on the deck & front porch & pool area & firepit area; the beds and pillows were very comfy; the pool was sparkling clean and refreshing; and the beach area was great too! Johnna is an absolutely wonderful host and she had excellent communication from booking through checkout. It was evident that she takes pride in her condo and she really went the extra mile to show that she cared about us having a wonderful experience. She left a booklet with helpful info about the area, and the condo was incredibly well-stocked with all of the basics, plus anything else we could have needed during our stay - like an array of coffee & sweeteners, dishes & serving trays & glassware & everything we needed for grilling & relaxing out on the deck, plus dish soap, extra toiletries in case we forgot something, games & cards, and even a vegetable peeler- and so much more! Basically if we thought of something that we might need, it was there! Johnna thought of every little detail to make sure we had a relaxing stay. The location is great as well- close to everything but also just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The view of the lake from the condo and the pool area is absolutely gorgeous. We’re already looking forward to staying again next summer!

Welcoming stay

This property was very clean and welcoming. The hosts made sure to have all the necessities and many extras for our stay. This has been our favorite place so far in Weirs Beach! We had great communication from our host as well! We would definitely stay again.
