Summary:
Enjoy your vacation in style and luxury, soaking in fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico from this spacious 1440 sq. ft., 2/2, residence with screened lanai. This well-appointed unit is located within Sanibel`s Esteemed Island Beach Club community, known to be one of the best on island. Comfortably situated on the second floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) with a partially wrapped lanai, guests are sure to revel in the natural beauty of their surroundings from almost any room within the condo. This residence is pet friendly for one small to medium sized dog only.
The Space:
This residence features floor to ceiling windows in the dining and living areas, this unit boasts an abundance of natural light and is comfortable, beautiful, and modernly equipped. Amenities include 3 smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and free wi-fi. Guests will also have access to a locked storage area on the ground floor with beach chairs and umbrellas provided.
In terms of layout, the master bedroom is enormous and well-appointed with a king bed, workstation, direct access to the lanai, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and the guest bath features a walk-in shower. For additional convenience, guests may also enjoy the pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room and oversized walk-in laundry room. Lastly, the Island Beach Club has covered parking directly below the unit.
Guest Access:
Island Beach Club features a large ovular heated pool, shuffleboard courts and equipment, two large gas BBQ grills, among other amenities.
The Neighborhood:
In terms of location, Island Beach Club unit 210E is central to all Sanibel has to offer, including Bailey`s supermarket, restaurants, shopping, and of course, the beach!
Getting Around:
We recommend a car or bike to get around.
Other Things to Note:
Completion of a rental agreement will be required following booking confirmation.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire to enjoy their vacation!
